From the time I knocked on the locked door to the moment I left with my car I was treated like crap. I was not acknowledged or greeted. There was an older gentleman who I just assumed was a grumpy old man. Being a nurse I understand it was a Sunday afternoon. Then in walks Kasey Avery. He again did not acknowledge me. He started coursing using the F word a total of 5 times in 4min. I stood at the door watching as they changed my tire. When he walked in the waiting area he walked right past me without saying a word. I followed him in the front and he proceeded to tell me I need a release from the police to get my car. Not true!! He directed me to the police department to get a form I never heard I needed. I get to Albert Lea police and the4 wonderful dispatch lady tells me he is in fact wrong I don't need a form. She called to let his dispatch know that I don't need it. When I arrive back at his location he is already on the phone complaining that I don't have the form. I hear her tell him I don't need it. I am also explaining that I was told I don't need it. He hangs up and still not once giving me eye contact proceeds to tell me I need to give him $115.00 Mind you this is covered under my AAA. I ask what he is charging for and rambles off some stuff. Just imagine it gets worse. I give him my card he obviously does not know how to work a charge card. He calls for help. I told him I need a receipt he asks his dispatch to help with that. Still not yet swiping or charging the card I tell him twice I will just get cash. He ignores me. I say it again and tell him to give me my card. He says on the phone "I guess she is using fucking cash" I am just livid at this point ant want this thing to be over. It was just horrible. The receipt he handed me did not reflect the $115 that he asked for. I was so frustrated I said I would call the dispatcher. When I called her she was surprised to hear that I was charged but quickly rambled off some charges as well. She sent another receipt to reflect my payment. I have called AAA to complain and the BBB. If I had to guess I would venture to say Kasey and the crew don't care to help Naturally Tan ladies with curly hair. Renee and Angie at the Rochester Dispatch location was AMAZING!!!!!! If I could give the Dispatch team a separate ratting I would give them a 5 star.

I search Tires in Mason Ciry, and find/call Tony's Tire. Online says they're closing but they answer, and gentleman says "guys are walking out but bring it by, I'll take a look. Sounds like you're in a bind." Understatement. I'd have to find a hotel and disrupt my whole trip, which would throw off my Thursday in a major way. Twenty minutes later, Tony's has my tire patched, I'm back on the road - at an incredibly reason value mind you - with a huge smile for appreciation of service and helping out a fellow human. Thanks Tony's - super impressed!
