Wired over $30,000 now to figureout how to get my money back according to their local courts in Cleveland, Minnesota just because you get a judgment against somebody doesn't mean you're gonna get your money. The courts do not assist in collecting judgments collecting the judgment is up to the plaintiff, which, according to the courts can be difficult and costly so what good are the courts and why get a judgment if you can't collect it. I was in the market for a new car as my truck was totaled in an accident in Sept. Mohammed was super friendly and showed us all the vehicles in our price range and to fit our needs. We fell in love with a Mercedes GLS 550 and decided to purchase. I noticed a few cosmetic defects, but he assured me the vehicle was meticulously maintained and of the highest quality. We also bought the warranty he highly recommended and promised it would cover everything except basic maintenance. He did note the sunroof shade didn't close and he would personally made sure it was taken care of. He said it would be weeks for the parts to come in. I took my vehicle home. Upon bringing it home I noticed more things wrong. I chased Mohammed via phone call for weeks before he finally agreed to have his mechanic look at my concerns. He had my vehicle for 2 weeks and it was untouched, no communication. FINALLY, he disclosed the issues were far too advance for his mechanic and we should bring it to Mercedes to diagnose. He agreed to work with the warranty to pay what they didn't cover to make this deal right. My vehicle was at the Mercedes dealer for almost a month due to lack of communication on Mohammed's end and finally we had to close the ticket, and my vehicle is still "broken". Mercedes also noted the front brakes are so worn down that any self-respecting dealer should have bare minimum disclosed it was in need of brakes. I have sent 3 follow up emails and MULTIPLE unreturned phone calls to have the agreed upon work fixed and I'm sure they will remain unreturned.

I contacted them and was sent a check to cover those cost and for miss communication on there part. I drove the vehicle for about ten miles and since the day I received the car it ran rough. Upon further investigation I found that the cam and lifters were wiped out and this was supposed to be a 45000 mile engine. I have contacted Coyote Classics several times and they have not responded to this issue that was there before I received the car. So at my own expense if I want this dead car in my garage to move again, I will have to pay for it. Dealing with Coyote was no deal for me. If you don't go see the car that you want to buy, your taking a big chance on it costing you much more that you planed on.
