When Tom and Ben arrived, they introduced themselves with handshakes and smiles, and then Tom proceeded to not miss a beat: he roll on the ground under the partially open door, assessed the situation within minutes, popped up standing on the other side to explain what he and Ben were going to do. The door was bent, the track was bent, and several wheels were dangling. We, for sure, thought we had to replace the whole door. Not at all. In less than an hour, the two remarkably trained, seasoned technicians, had our door repaired with 10 new wheels, 2 new sets of cables, and 2 new metal corner door plates for an exceedingly reasonable cost! IT.WAS.AMAZING! My husband and I couldn't thank them enough. We went turned in for the night relieved to have the garage door repaired in less than 24 hours after the mishap, and thrilled to have been so well taken care of by Tom and Ben and at such an affordable cost. But because of his quality and value, there is great demand for his services, so it did take a couple weeks to finally get an appropriate time to actually replace the garage door. So I wouldn't mind paying 25-50% more (especially since they offer financing) if he did so choose for a faster service. He even threw in a free lock for the garage. It wasn't an emergency to me, so that probably colors my review. But seriously, dude, you can probably raise your prices just a bit more, and I think most people would be happy.

I mentioned that we talked about it being a larger garage door before he even came out. Why didn't he tell me up front that what he had in his warehouse wouldn't work? It's been days and haven't heard from him. I guess if he can't sell you an old stock warehouse garage door opener, then he wants nothing to do with you.
