Looking at the unit, he let me know that the extinguisher I had was on recall, and sold me a new extinguisher at a real good price. He also was knowledgeable and let me know if I have the correct equipment for my mother's house, and I did, didn't recommend to get a larger one. Polite and honest and enjoyed talking with him. I recommend him without even a pause. I'll even mention his company to the local fire stations so that they can answer the question if asked on where to go for that service....
