This season the cobwebs are out of control and covering my house. (ok maybe slightly dramatic, but…read morecovering my porch! :-)) I saw a Shack Shine truck and requested a quote to have my windows and house cleaned. Dustin promptly provided a quote and the cleaning was scheduled for today (July 6). The guys showed up on time in an unmarked truck. They were here for 1.5 hrs. When I got home I was immensely disappointed. I should have read my quote more carefully. Soffits and fascia were not included in the clean. My siding wasn't dirty so when I got home it looked like nothing had been done. The windows had been washed but left streaky. I sent a frustrated email to Dustin. His reply stated to send pictures and that it was clearly stated soffits/fasciae weren't included. Dustin called me today, was very courteous and offered to come and clean the soffits for free. I let him know that I didn't expect anything for free but appreciated the offer. All sorted and I appreciate the follow-up!

I was given an appointment for Saturday, May 19, 2018 at 8:30 am. Pretty fast service I thought. I received a confirmation email with the date and time for the estimator to arrive. Pretty impressive I thought! When the time came for the appointment however, no one arrived to give me the estimate at all. NO SHOW! I called a half hour after the 8:30 am appointment and got some fake Australian accented voicemail advising that they were receiving more calls than normal and to leave a message and someone would get back to me. I again called after an hour later and again left a message. Still no response. I also sent an email. No response. The lack of professionalism displayed by this company is astonishing. I suspect their work would not be of much value. Go elsewhere! There are much better and reliable companies in Edmonton who deserve your business. This company does not!
