The speed with which C and R responds is terrific. I first called them on a mid-afternoon. A few hours later Rob Patton, the owner, knocked at our door. The next morning his employee, Ray, arrived and began his excellent work. The following day Ray returned along with Alex on the chipper.The day after that, with the work beautifully completed, Rob returned once more to assure that we were satisfied. Ray is a very special person. He is warm hearted and friendly and got the perfect balance between all the bushes and trees. In addition he gently ushered me around all the property to check on his work, helping me walk, despite my having a torn ACL. It was a pleasure working with him. When Ray and Alex had finished, they collaborated well to remove all the debris. With Ray on the blower and Alex on the chipper, they did a magnificent job. Between the two of them they seemed to have an enjoyable time working together. The roofers can now proceed without any hindrance. Rob has assembled a great team, and the price was reasonable. I would not recommend this contractor. They are lucky we are not suing them. I paid my arhitect $1600 for these drawings and contact ICE to meet and continue with the next steps. Not sure what happened because when I called or texted they either didn't answer or when they did, would tell me they would call me back or come another day which ofcourse they never did. I'm out $1600 because these drawings need changes and the new contractor doesn't need them. I have a friend who also did work with them and told me it was impossible to reach them after the job was completed. They are very bad at communication and don't have the courtesy to call you back. I would give them a zero if I could.

They are reasonably priced, especially for lawn cutting and snow removal. Most importantly, they are RELIABLE. There is nothing worse than being trapped in your house because a snow plow company failed to show up at your property. That isn't the case here. Hollywood always makes certain that we have access to our driveway and the street. They will often do a preliminary plow mid-way through a storm and then a final cleanup after the snow stops. They will also arrive overnight and salt our driveway so that we aren't driving on a sheet of ice in the morning. I highly recommend them.
