They did some large tree pruning and stump grinding on my property. Overall, a great value. They were extremely quick (almost too quick in a few spots, in my observation). I'm subtracting one star because they left several large limbs sheared off with excess bark exposed, which can harm the tree and attract insects and disease. Additionally, they could be more consistent about using lawn mats under heavy equipment to protect grass.

Doing demo and construction in a neighborhood can be challenging especially for multiple days and large equipment. This has a tendency to bother neighbors and cause issues. Not with Del. I have had at least 5 people in my neighborhood comment on how nice he and his team were. They also commented on what a fine job they did. Del did everything I asked for and more. He even built a cool storage area below the steps that I requested. I could not be happier with the job they did, the professionalism that the team had or the cost of the entire project. The first time it rained after they allegedly fixed it water came in in multiple places. Spoke with the GM Andrew Minear and he had the audacity to say they would come back out and charge me more to fix what they already charged me to fix the same problem. I will NEVER use them again. I do not trust them to do a good job and honor their work. See BBB and google reviews on this company. The worked requested and contracted for was the exact same area that continued to leak. It speaks volumes when a business does not honor its work. It represents very low integrity and a lack of pride in the workmanship. Of course it is convenient but not accurate to send a self interested party (its an employee)out to say what you want them to say, but the reality is the work was shoddy and did not solve the existing problem. I will never use your company again. Buyer BEWARE.

All small cracks got worse. The man who did the driveway said he would come back to redo it bc he stated it did not go on right and he needed to redo the work to fix it. I texted and called - no response. He kept giving me the run around as to when he would fix it. Called the owner, she said she would handle it and that he was a contractor who did the work (not my problem). I received NO call back or fixing of their awful work. Called them again and no answer/mailbox full. Now I have to hire another company to fix this mess. I plan to file a small claims suit.
