My two other best friend's and I agreed on the "Tranquil Repose" standing funeral spray with hydrangeas, and white roses. It had purple flower accents and nice greenery. IMO, it was the best-looking spray at the funeral home. My best friend loved the flowers so much she took several of the roses back home with her. The flowers were ordered by phone to ensure the flowers in the bouquet were available. I gave the lady the name of the bouquet listed and she ensured me after a short check with the florist that they were. The arrangement in the first photo is what arrived. As you can see the flowers aren't "arranged" but placed on one side or the other. To say I was disappointed is an understatement as it was for a family member. Be careful, you may not get what you pay for. If you order, ask for a pic before the arrangement goes out. I found out after I ordered that they do the best they can and flowers in the arrangement were out of stock. Not cool. Here's my email to the manager. Customer service girl was very unprofessional. Bait and switch tactics. Hello, I just ordered flowers for ******** for Nov. 5 2025 to be delivered tomorrow. I had asked the young lady I spoke with (she would not give her first name), to send me a picture before the flowers went out. I just wanted to make sure I knew what I was getting and that the arrangement met the picture in terms of flower choices. She then told me that we get as close as possible?? and then said that we don't have the purple carnations. This was surprising and not what I expected, So I asked that she cancel and fully refund my order. She said she would have a manager do that. Please send me a confirmation that my card has been fully refunded. My family has a long relationship with Albert's flowers, and never had an issue before now. I must admit I was taken aback by the unwillingness to email or txt a pic or give at least a first name so that I would know who I was talking to on the phone. Also the customer should be made aware before they order if you don't have inventory to make the arrangement as shown. It's a bit of a "bait and switch" and not only disappointing, but unethical. Anniversaries come around every year. Did you know that? My wife and I remind each other, usually. This year, my Outlook calendar nagged me sufficiently that I actually remembered to get her some flowers. Lucky me! When she was working, I'd get them in Madison. We retired last year, so had to look for a place closer to home. Already tried Glenn's and Huntsville Florist without becoming impressed. So: Albert's. It's in a very convenient place, just off the busiest streets but close enough to Huntsville Hospital to walk. Parking is pretty good, with street parking around the corner. I was accosted cheerfully at the door by a very, very nice young woman who was dying to help me. And, by golly, she did. Albert's doesn't have a huge amount of already-made-up bouquets and such - appears to be a southern thing, as opposed to northern florists who seem to have fridges packed with stuff - but there were several I liked. I'd told her I didn't want to spend a lot, since we're both on fixed incomes now and I wasn't in trouble, so when I headed toward a big, expensive, gorgeous one with roses, sunflowers and delphiniums (I really love my wife!) she got kinda puzzled, but she adapted just fine. I told her I'd just pay and march out with the vase full of posies, but she INSISTED that I get a box, explaining that Mr. Albert would not look kindly on her if I didn't accept. She dove into the back room. A few miscellaneous bangs and other non-flower noises ensued - apparently the boxes were in a box, unopened, and needed to be brought into inventory. She was apologetic, but still bright and enthusiastic yet professional. The best. And I was glad she insisted on the box. It was just a simple thing with a hole in the top into which the vase got plopped. Gave the bouquet a much more stable base for the ride home. No spills, not one crunched sunflower. Wasn't cheap, but the service and the arrangement were top notch. Believe I'll be back next anniversary or when I get in trouble or whatever. Yeah, likely sooner than next anniversary. I just recently ordered flowers for my sister in laws birthday. Albert's Flowers came very highly recommended. I called and spoke with a lady to tell her what I wanted. She gave me a price and that was fine. I just wanted a nice bouquet that would last for a while. Well, the flowers were delivered and she was so excited. She took a picture of the flowers and sent it to me. I was so shocked and disappointed in the flowers. Saying is this what I paid the money for? It was terrible. I was so upset and sick to my stomach. I cooled down and call the shop and told them how unhappy I was with the flowers. They apologized that I was upset. I am giving them a one because a zero is not available! I ordered the Ultimate Christmas Basket for my boyfriend's family to enjoy. This basket had fruit and chocolates, summer sausage,etc. They sent a flower arrangement instead. Not what I wanted! I was terribly embarrassed! When I called customer service, I was asked to accept 30% off. I refused as this was not what I wanted and was still overpaying for the flowers. After 3 hang ups and over an hour of talking to 4 people, I accepted 75% off because that was the best I was going to get. They ended up with enough to cover the cost of the dinky arrangement that was sent! I now have to go out and try to find another gift to make amends. This is difficult as it very little time now to find and send something nice in time for Christmas! read more

I ordered a premium order of the purple serenity arrangement. I asked for a substitute of the vase to make it bigger and added extra long stem roses and such. I wanted a big FULL arrangement of flowers to be sent to my mother on her birthday which is today (june 29). I made the order nearly a week in advance on june 24th. Paid 91$ for the arrangement. Fast forward to my mothers birthday, i get a email notification at 1pm stating the flowers were delivered. I know for a fact both parents were home due to this covid shutdown neither are at work and work remotely. I though it odd my father nor my mother called so about 130pm i call my dad and tell him the flowers are there. He says no flowers were delivered. I ask him to check the front door and by the garage.. nothing. THIS BUSINESS CLAIMED THEY DELIVERED MY MOTHERS FLOWERS KNOWING DAMN WELL THEY DID NOT! i called the place immediately and asked them where my flowers that i paid for were because they were showing delivered and my mother did not get them. I verified they had the correct address (they did) and asked where the flowers were. The lady said shed call the delivery driver and call me back. Of course she didnt. So at about 215 i called her and asked again what was going on with my order. She says she spoke to the delivery driver, he said he rang the doorbell and no one answered so he left the flowers there and perhaps they were stolen. NO. THAT IS A LIE! my parents live in HIGHLAND LAKES and have cameras surrounding their estate. Its no problem at all to pull up the camera feed and prove those flowers were not delivered! Then she responded that she would send another order out to my mother at no charge. NO CHARGE? Lady listen you arent doing me any favors by not charging me to re deliver a bouquet i paid for that was never delivered in the first place! The entire time i was talking to her she was snarky and rude clearly didnt care that they took my money without delivering the product! I was furious. Asked to speak to the manager. She claimed she was the manager. That she would try to deliver the flowers by the end of the day if not the next day. THE NEXT DAY?!? i ordered these flowers a week in advance and explained they were for her birthday and how important they were! Now because of their error my mother is without her flowers and im out 91$!!! Think she even offered me a refund or discount or anything for that matter to make up for the hell they put me through? NO. NOT A SINGLE OFFER TO MAKE IT RIGHT. I could have gone through 1800flowers. I chose specifically to go through a local business because i wanted to support local businesses during these rough times everyone is experiencing with the pandemic. The charge hit my bill so I called and asked where photo was only to be told they don't guarantee photos after the fact and order was already on the truck... as if i didn't see that coming. LOL... my daughters 25th birthday was Tuesday. I went online Monday afternoon, choose the "biz choice" option, for $55 bucks: basically save me from overthinking what arrangement she would like. I got an email reply confirming what I ordered, where it would be delivered, and the cost. I also got an email when the order was delivered. It was Saturday and I needed flowers for a funeral on Monday which was presidents day. Because it was a holiday I could not get them from FTD. I drove to Albert's, was waited on in 2 minutes, order complete in 5 minutes and the lady (receipt says Karen) was helpful, nice and even suggested I change the flower combo on the wreath since the picture showed pink flowers and the funeral was for a man. The flowers were changed to red which was a great suggestion. The flowers were delivered on time and the price matched FTD's with no delivery charge. I noticed some of the florists listed in the yellow pages were not open on Saturday and charged more and a delivery fee. A very satisfied customer and would recommend them to anyone. read more

Awesome to deal with. At first I gave them the wrong address to send the flowers too. They immediately followed up by calling me back to verify the correct address. I went in person two days before a baby shower to order a simple bouquet. The lady spent a good half hour going over my order and putting it in their computer. I thought it was a little excessive as I was doing this over my lunch hour but I thought they must be detail oriented. That was definitely NOT the case. I specifically had picked out AND pre purchased their little elephant planter and she typed in to put miniature pink tulips or roses and some baby's breath in it. When I went to pick this up, that lady was nowhere to be found. A very young girl brought out a huge bouquet of random flowers in a clear vase. I said that's not mine. So she got the elephant vase I wanted and just put those same flowers in it. She apologized like 3x for my wait. This place was a joke all the way around and I will never get flowers there again! Then all of these elderly people were standing around in the parking lot w/ bouquets for a funeral or something I guess, but I had to wait on them to move so I could finally leave this horrible place! I ordered an arrangement from here because of the great reviews. The flowers are beautiful. The two mylar balloons I ordered...well, who knows, because they were not included in the delivery. I was really excited to brighten up my dad's bland recovery room with flowers and balloons. Now I'm just pretty disappointed in spending $12 on two missing balloons. Ordered an arrangement for elderly mother's birthday. What arrived was NOT what was pictured. I ordered a fall bouquet and got a very cheap arrangement made with non season and inexpensive flowers. I had requested a picture to be sent to me via email but received a phone call from a very nervous employee who told me that she "couldn't do that", which of course makes no sense, until I saw the arrangement.
