A dear friend sent a large very expensive dish garden with fresh flowers to me after my dad passed away. The large dish garden was delivered to my house Tuesday after 3:30pm. I noticed the fresh flowers looked sad, white had brown spots and droopy but thought no more about it as I had other things on my mind. Some of the green plants had brown leaves. Wednesday morning to my surprise the fresh flowers looked more dead than alive. I called Bishop's Flowers and reported the wilted flowers. I emailed a few pictures and an employee said $30 would be refunded to my friend since the flowers were wilted. I am glad she was given a refund. For the amount of money spent the flowers should last at least a week!!! Losing a father is sad and receiving a floral order with wilted flowers isn't right to me. If you order from Bishop's, please tell them to make sure fresh flowers are fresh. You are paying for fresh. read more

The arrangement from Bishop's Flowers that my favorite Sister received yesterday was absolutely lovely....and lovely from all sides. The variety of flowers in the bouquet was impressive, each flower was fresh, the vase complimented the arrangement and added an elegant layer of height to the overall arrangement. Often, roses are the first to start to whither and look lackluster - not the case with her arrangement, the roses were just as fresh and beautiful as the hydrangeas and other flowers! I think Sister had the flowers 2 days and they looked as if they were delivered the moment I arrived at her home. I am from San Francisco.. i wasn't treally familiar with Florist in the area. A few years ago I wanted to send flowers to family in Huntsville... the arrangement was wonderful. Since then I have sent several arrangements. I have never been let down. I assumed with Mother's Day being Sunday they would be really busy . I opted to send flowers before the weekend. The person on the phone was extremely helpful and patient. The arrangement was just delivered and they are stunning from every angle. 1hr 16min. That's the time between purchase and delivery of flowers for a client whose father passed away. I can't even order DoorDash and get it delivered that quickly most of the time! I could not as for a better service and price. May be a little bit more expensive than other places, but not by much, but it's worth every penny. Thank you, Bishop's! Really love this place. They are really nice and do what you want. Only bad thing is they are crazy expensive and it was the same price to have a dozen roses delivered as to have them picked up. I have to express my genuine dissatisfaction and disappointment in the flowers that were provided for my daughter's wedding in June. After several meetings, conversations and photographs of examples that were exchanged and prices discussed, they simply failed to provide what was expected. They tried refunding a portion of the price, after admitting the colors were simply wrong and not what was agreed upon, however looking back now at photos, I am even less impressed and more disappointed at the sparse arrangements and overall poorly done work. The man that seems to run Bishop's is so rude. He asks how much you want to spend, and doesn't offer to show you what the arrangement will look like or anything. Very short with me. I have purchased flowers there 2 times previously, and never saw what I had purchased. Not customer friendly at all. They could go so far as to take a picture of the "arrangement" the customer purchased and text that picture to them. Would that be too much to ask? I guess that would be to challenging...... Great Service! I've decided it's important to post reviews on businesses I deal with when they do a good job. One thing I've learned about Yelp and their reviews is that they will "censor" out reviews from people like me, who do not go out and mass review businesses. Well, that's exactly what Yelp does, so if you want your review to show up, you better do reviews on a lot of different places -- it works like Ebay, buy a lot of things for 1 cent and your activity goes up so your rating goes up -- Unbiased - NOT. I cannot say enough about the service and product from Bishops Flowers!! They make any event special and memorable. Their flower arrangements and design are "signature" pieces. Can't say enough. . Now, we will see if this gets the post it deserves since I've only made two other reviews. read more

Calling from out of state to order a plant for my Mother in law. I asked if they sold potted yellow roses, he said no before I could ask for something else. I was told they were not taking any more orders. I was shocked to hear a business with great reviews, refusing orders. I was told to call back later, by then they may be caught up. Really??? You want me to call back! I don't think so, first impression last a life time. Shame on me for not reading all the reviews. There were several 5*'s reviews about the owner being rude and inconsiderate to his customers. It behoves me as to why someone would give 5*'s for bad service. I have to concur with the previous post; I too no longer live in Huntsville but use Bishops to order flowers for family and friends.
