The mobile repair is exceptionally convenient however there is a surcharge of approximately $20 and availability is several weeks out. I chose the in-store repair. I was pleasantly greeted and offered a seat in their comfortable waiting room. My car was immediately serviced and both the price and the estimated time to complete the repair were right on target. Now that the repair is done you would not even know that I had damage to my windshield. I am confident that the tiny dot on my windshield won't expand into a big crack and a more expensive problem later. Highly recommend Safelite auto glass to help you with any windshield issues. There are numerous locations around the city, which offers another level of convenience for servicing.

We recently had Safelite in Omaha replace the windshield on our Audi Q7 after an approximately 18…read moreinch crack formed straight across the driver's side at eye level. Because of the sensors and technology in the vehicle, I was honestly hesitant about using Safelite. The out of pocket cost would have been around $4,000 to $5,000, so we ended up filing a claim through our insurance. Our technician, Juda, was excellent. He called early to let me know he was overbooked that morning when my appointment was scheduled, which I appreciated. Not long after that he called back and said he was on his way. The job ended up taking about 30 minutes longer than he initially estimated, but Juda was professional, informative, and clearly took his time to make sure everything was done correctly. He worked hard to ensure the vehicle was back to normal and that all of the sensors and systems were functioning properly. I was genuinely concerned about having Safelite work on a higher end vehicle like an Audi Q7, but Juda did a fantastic job. Everything works perfectly and the installation looks great. Overall it was a very positive experience.
