First time here at this grocery store. We went to pick up a few grocery items for the Fourth of July. Albertsons market was so clean and the aisles were full. It was sure a pleasant to shop at there. I've never seen such a stocked store with food filled to the floor and up. Everyone shopping here looked so happy and the workers too. I just wish I had one back east near me and the 757. read more

I love the Los Lunas store! I love how the employees greet you as they are in the aisles. The manager will often be out and about asking if we need help. The meat department, especially TIM and SCOTT- and the others - is fantastic. Best meat around! They say they do Beef the Best and that is true. But the pork chops are fantastic as well. Great service from that department always - and always a friendly hi and a smile. The chain stopped carrying a frozen vegetable brand I like and when I asked about it the department manager suggested another brand and gave me a package 'on the house' to try. Fresh produce as well. Workers there are so helpful and will ask if I need help We've only lived in NM for 11 1/2 years but several of the check out clerks know us by sight and greet us like friends. I shopped at a store in NH for over 20 years and I was just another customer to get in and out as fast as possible. THANK YOU LOS LUNAS ALBERTSONS! read more

Just when I thought this store couldnt get any better, they do! During this time of crisis with the spread of covid-19 being a huge threat, I'm staying in and ordering groceries to be delivered thru 'Streetside'. The delivery is always on time, my product is handled correctly and the quality of the produce the personal shoppers choose for me is excellent. The delivery people are friendly and courteous. They included my prescription so they didnt have to make a second trip. Great job Albertson's staff! Bravo! read more

I want to thank all of the employees working at this Albertsons Market. I so appreciate that you guys are open so all of us can still buy groceries in these trying times. I commend everyone's attitude there even though they are one of the businesses open who are on the front lines, so to speak. Thank you so much also for putting up with some rude customers. The best produce can be purchased at a reasonable price. If it is on sale however, good luck! The store is always clean and well kept. The shelves however are not well stocked of sale items. I won't shop there for things on sale. I will drop in for a quick grab of things needed. The deli is always stocked with great tasty items. Specialty cheeses are also a great find in this area. Check out is great. I like the fact that this store does not have self-check out. Instead they usually have an efficient number of cashiers waiting for customers. read more

I use Albertson's Streetside so I can order online and not have to go into the store. The staff is always cheerful and helpful, and the service is quick. Once I got used to their online ordering system, shopping is now a breeze! read more

My wife and I are essentially retired. We do like our comfort foods in our case top quality, good tasting beef. We have shopped them all including butcher shops and no one seems to be able to compare with the taste (Mmmmm) and quality of their beef. Excellent fresh vegetables. AND a willingness to get your special requests. LOVE THEM. One last thing. My wife is disabled and they are willing to drive out a battery operated shopping chair if she calls and requests it. (Thankfully she doesn't need it all of the time). read more

The florist has repeatedly been unkind when approached with a question. She always has a harsh look and a very short response. I have bought a number of plants and flowers from the store but in the future I will wait to get what I need in Albuquerque where the customer service is respectful and helpful! It's almost painful to interact with her!!! read more

Each time I shop at this store I am more aware that the sale items are not on the shelves. If you are looking to just shop this is a bright, clean store with nice employees but if you want to shop the sales circular it is a joke. This last trip was the 4th time in the store with a list from the circular and only 2 of the dozen items I needed were even represented on the shelves. It was packed and every register was open but lines were 5+ deep so frozen items didn't fare that well. To get a rain check meant waiting behind 8 people....not going to happen after a long wait in line to check out. That truly was my last time at this store read more

Always clean and the cashiers are always friendly. Plenty of staff available to answer questions. The meat and produce are always fresh and well stocked. I enjoy doing most of my food, household supplies and bath and shower items at this store. Much higher quality than Smith's or the Walmart across town. read more

I've shopped at the Los Lunas Albertsons for 25 years, and I normally love the store, but lately, since the renovation, not so much. I stopped by yesterday to do my weekly shopping, and got in the line of a cashier I've seen working there for years and know by name. I chatted with the cashier and helped the bagging attendant as he began bagging my things. In a hurry, I said goodbye and loaded up my vehicle and left. Later I realized I had not gotten a full bag of groceries I had paid for, and when I tried to call later that evening, no one answered the telephone, even though they were still open. Needing those fresh produce items for the next day, I drove back to the store at 10:30 p.m. When I entered I encountered four employees standing around chatting, barely acknowledging me until I approached them and explained why I was there. I explained that I had tried to call but that no one had answered and that I needed to collect those items that had not been put in my cart. The cashier told me to, "knock yourself out," and further explained that all of my items had probably been re-shelved. I proceeded to the produce department, whose shelves were covered with rolling shades, and tried to find the items I could remember purchasing but hadn't gotten. No one left the group to help me until after five or ten minutes of my searching in vain. Finally the man in the group approached me and asked if I had found what I wanted, I think more in an effort to get me out of the store so they could close than to really help correct the oversight. I explained I had not, and he finally helped me look. When the items could not be found he told me they must have sold out and instructed me to come back the next day -- so THREE trips for groceries that should have been put in my cart the FIRST TIME. I get that I should have been paying more attention, but I counted on the bagging attendant to see that all the items made it into a bag and into my cart, rather than disappearing before I had left the line. Then later, if the employees HAD ANSWERED THE TELEPHONE I could have asked if they still had the items and saved a trip rather than drive all that way to find out for myself that they sold out of those things. I can say I don't figure the curb-side service is very good, and the customer service and the night manager are terrible. read more
