It also arrived perfectly frozen despite going from NM to FL... in early Sept. I'm pretty sure they even washed my game bags! (They smell fresh so clearly they did). Between how professional the operation looked when I was there to how things came out, I have to say this is probably one of the best if not among the best processors in the country.
