Larry James Sizemore, aka Jay Sizemore was finally terminated as of February 2025 because of too many complaints against him from other female shoppers. Brianna said I'm no longer able to get my prescriptions at this Walmart, then asked me where I want my prescriptions sent to! Walmart was in my insurances network, and I wasn't charged for my medications like the other pharmacies, but Brianna continued to be very rude and kept asking me what Pharmacy to send my prescriptions to because they banned me, a 95 yr old woman, from picking up my much needed asthma medication! Jay Sizemore has posted my pictures on Facebook telling everyone I'm a thief because my son stood up to him and Walmart...this is why we're being targeted, because of Jay Sizemore's false defamatory accusations. This Battle Ground Walmart condoned Jay Sizemore's bazaar behavior for seven yrs, until they terminated his position. Apparently Jay was following and harassing other innocent shoppers during his employment because many of them posted their negative experiences with Jay on Facebook... I have screenshots from those people who also complained about their horrible experiences at the store... I started to put the other items I wanted to buy on the counter and she looked at me and said, "would you mind taking those to some other register, I'm to busy to ring you up. " I was shocked. there were no other people in line and there were 4 other people working in the pharmacy. I said to her that they always ring up my extra items and she still insisted she was too busy to do it. That is just crazy! But they said they don't know the reason why they wouldn't carry it (???) and were unwilling to explain the reason. They were "sorry" but couldn't give me any information. I had been getting that prescription from them for years. Otherwise I've had a great experience but I'm so put off by this. I prefer using a local pharmacy, and mostly this has been a good one, but I am baffled by this latest development.

The building has 2 drive-up windows which is awesome as if you're sick, you don't have to worry of getting out of your car and wandering around a store. I dealed with a lady and the owner, and both were beyond amazing at answering questions and suggesting product. Prices were same or cheaper as big-box, and they had items in stock nobody else carry. Forget WalGreens or Rite-Aid, head to Center first!
