Constantly out of stock of multiple items, often no shopping carts available, ALWAYS pet dogs in the store, staff is generally not helpful with some exceptions, and you're in constant danger of being run over by a picking cart. Trash surrounds the exterior and parking lot (which I've seen the store manager step over instead of picking up). The store manager is never available to customers and is rarely on the floor to oversee his operation. Pretty sure if someone from Bentonville walked into this store he'd be looking for another job. The prices are great and there's no other neighborhood market nearby, so I grin and bear it.
