Also they've made more than one quantity error in filling my written prescriptions (maybe they can't read my doctor's chicken scratch? I don't know.) The biggest problem here is that this CVS is seriously understaffed - you can tell they are working as hard as they can, but the turnaround time on prescriptions is SLOW and you often have to wait in line to pick-up prescriptions because there's only one person working the counter.

They present well better than El Cajon but El Cajon automatically prints a receipt. I don't want a copy, I want my original receipt. Are you hoarding paper? Why are you not printing receipts. When I was finally the next car up, the window was closed without a word--no acknowledgment, no explanation, just shut down. After waiting over 30 minutes, I was completely ignored. I understand things get busy, but customers should still be treated with respect and not pushed aside. This felt like poor time management and a lack of basic courtesy.

They should permanently close off the door on Kettner and create a booze only counter with the liquor behind it, not accessible to the customer unless they are buying it at the booze counter.

Unfortunately on both of my visits here I did not find what I needed and had to venture elsewhere to get those items.
