    Over 38 minutes on hold with this pharmacy, and this is only one of multiple calls made this morning.

    To preface this review, I am prescribing dentist. My office received a call from my patient trying to pick up his pain medication from this pharmacy. He reported that the pharmacist will not fill the prescription unless I gave more information. I tried to call the pharmacy back multiple times personally over the past hour to find out what information they need and was unable to get a hold of the pharmacist. I always do my best to communicate well with other health care professionals for the benefit of my patients. This pharmacy is failing to communicate with me to ensure my patient gets the medication he needs. I am now 38 minutes into my most recent call, and I am STILL on hold. The voicemail box is also full, so I have no way of even leaving a message to resolve this issue.

    Very very rude pharmacist. Her name is Alda and she made this probably one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a pharmacy. I highly doubt not recommend this pharmacy. I will be making a corporate more direct complaint against this location as well.

    We've been to this location many times over the years but this was our first experience with the pharmacy itself. The servics was good and they were always helpful. We never had to wait a long time to get our medication, which is always a good thing. I had a slight hiccup when I received several reminders to refill a medication after I called and spoke with a gentleman to let them know I changed insurance and won't need the refill through CVS. Later, I spoke with the pharmacy manager, who apologized for the error, fixed it in the system, thanked me for letting her know, and that she would address it. THAT is what I call leadership in action! Besides that, CVS has great coupons, like the 30% or 40% off one item. I used one of mine to buy a pet bed - which are crazy expensive in pet stores. The original price was $9.99 plus 40% off! The pictures attached show both the kids love it! The store staff is friendly and they make sure the customer is satisfied one way or another.

    Pharmacy service is garbage. They've been working on a prescription for a few days now and now I'm here in person waiting over 30 minutes.

    This pharmacy never has medication in stock. Save yourself the headache and go to literally any other pharmacy in the area.

I have had extremely bad experiences with a customer service staff member at this Walmart (I will call him "A", as I do not know his name). He regularly sits at the customer service desk. Based on my experiences, this person does not act with honesty or a customer-focused attitude. Instead, he appears to misuse his position and makes returns unnecessarily difficult. If you have online items to return, I strongly recommend going to another Walmart Supercenter. Do NOT come to this location. I interacted with this employee twice, and both experiences were unacceptable. First incident (December 2025): I purchased a watch online. When I tried to return it in-store, A handed me a small piece of paper stating that Walmart stores could not accept the return. I was told to return it online instead. However, when I tried to initiate the return on Walmart.com, the order was marked "Not eligible for return." This was not true originally, and I later realized that A had placed this restriction, making the return impossible through Walmart. As a result, I had to contact the third-party seller myself, ship the item back at my own expense, and wait for a refund. As of today, I still have not received any refund, even though I mailed the item back on December 29, 2025. Second incident (March 2026): I bought car fluids and oil online and picked them up at another Walmart location. My receipt clearly stated that the items were eligible for return until March 17, 2026. When I tried to return two items at this store, A immediately refused and said they were not returnable. I showed him my receipt, but he refused to even look at it, insisting that his screen showed "not eligible." I asked why returns were always so difficult at this location. He called his supervisor, who confirmed that the items were returnable, and suggested I return them at the pickup store. When I went there, the staff discovered that red text had been added to my order stating "NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN." The employees were shocked when I explained what happened. This behavior is unacceptable. If this Walmart cannot process certain returns, customers should be clearly informed, not blocked in the system. An employee should never add restrictions that make a customer's return impossible. This is the first time in the U.S. that I have experienced such treatment at a customer service desk. It is extremely disappointing and does not reflect the Walmart I used to trust.
