I purchased my home in 2021 and was with this agency until March 2026. For the first couple of…read moreyears, everything was fine, but over time the customer service declined significantly. When I reached out for help reviewing other insurance options to lower my rate, I either received little assistance or no response at all. In February, I contacted them again about reducing my premium and never heard back. There was also a concerning situation where the agency attempted to speak to my mortgage company on my behalf regarding my legal name, which I did not request and found inappropriate. In March, I received a letter stating that my insurance carrier would no longer be contracted with this agency, yet I received no proactive communication or guidance from them during that transition. I ultimately switched agencies and insurance companies on my own. Despite that, I didn't hear anything from them until April 29th. Overall, the lack of communication, delayed responses, and handling of my account led me to lose confidence in their services.

Got a letter from IRS and had to pay additional taxes beyond the summitted return. This was not a complicated prep. I guess I was not the customer type they wanted. Customer beware.
