When I called their customer service office, they claimed they sent a letter, which I did not receive. I requested that they cancel the policy immediately, but the representative said they couldn't. They would have to mail a cancellation form for me to sign & said they would request a refund, but probably would NOT get one. This is a sneaky underhanded company out to get your money no matter what. They don't want to cancel the policy & won't refund the money they are actually stealing from me. My current insurance is okay but I was looking for something my fertility clinic covered and this was presented as a United affiliate. (The actual name of the insurance "sold" is US Health and when my card came this is the company listed) I Well, they are not really considered United according to the clinic they don't take it. I would have been hit with a huge bill! When the agent looked up my GYN and PCP doctors he said look see a green check you're good.
