Upon consulting with more honest removal services, they told me that our transfer station did not charge by weight for recycling. When I confronted USA hauling about this fact, they admitted that they had misinformed me (AKA lied) and corrected the price, but only because they were caught. I missed the auto-renewal date on our contract after five years of auto paid billing by just 7 days (three months before renewal date) and they refused to honor my termination.
