I can't speak to the efficacy of the packing job since it will be a few months until we retrieve things from storage but based on my interactions with this company I expect any damage or concerns will be handled professionally. The owner was one of the men and he hardly did anything. There was one young guy who was the only real mover. The other man, although polite, was quite old and huffing and puffing. They ended up breaking a piece off of my mother's dresser. Of course they said it was there. I feel they took advantage of me as a single woman. When they were there, he charged me more money to take the furniture up the front steps because he said, "I didn't know there would be steps" They did not stay the full 3 hours and charged me $1,800. A complete RIP-OFF. AVOID! I've used other moving companies and never had this issue. Thieves in my opinion.

Sam showed up with extra people, walked through the house to come up with a plan, and executed flawlessly. I am surprised at some of the negative reviews - perhaps the expectations were not aligned? For example, given the additional people needed, of course our final price was above the initial one...but that should not have been surprising, and any misalignment was completely allayed by a brief conversation.
