I hired this company and they came out on March 2 to repair my washer they looked at my washer and said they needed to order a part before they could fix it that's fine they told me would take two weeks for the part to come in. I pay them a fee that also include it the cost of the part fast forward to April 23 they have yet to fix my washer every time not called they say the part is not in I don't understand what's going on The people in the office that I have spoke to several times have not given me information of why it's taking longer than normal. and does not take a month and a half for a part to come in. very disappointed I wish they would just give me my money back so I can hire someone else. read more

Six weeks later I was told the part is still on order. I ordered the part online and received it within 5 days. ALC now claims I owe them more money. Do not use this company! We had an issue with our fridge not freezing in the freezer on the low setting or freezing everything in the fridge on the high setting. Tech said thermostat wasn't working, because of ice build up behind freezer panel. He did the repair & said there was a lifetime warranty if we had the same issue. Still had the issues so the owner came out & said it was the dryer unit that needed replacing & that there was no way the first tech would have know that. So he replaced it & added Freon, stating we had a lifetime warranty if the issue happened again. So here we are months later & having the exact same issue. The tech tried to tell us it was the electric panel, because the unit would not come back on after being shut off & some BS about because our power was out during the hurricane. My husband hit a button & the fridge came on. We asked if he checked doe ice build up behind the freezer panel & he said you'd be able to see it so he said there was no ice. Well, he took the panel off at our request & there was a chunk of ice. But now he insisted it was the compressor & this would be another charge to repair, even though it was the exact same issue as the first 2 repairs. But the tech did not even test the compressor. I feel like their lifetime warranty is BS. They just say it's a different issue every time but I think they are liars & cheats & don't want to honor their so-called lifetime warranty. read more

I called this company April 16 to repair my oven. They sent a repair person that day. He determined the problem and said he had informed the office and they would call me the next day to take a deposit and order the part. I paid the $95 dollar service call fee. I did not receive a call back and called again myself the next Wenesday. The person said they would get the part ordered and call me the next day with details and to get a deposit and set up a time for the repair. Again no call. I called again the next Monday and got the same song and dance. never got a call back. I called again today. Same result. This company is either incompetent or just in business to scam people out of the service call fee. Use them at your own risk, you have been warned! read more

Do not use this business. They are Incredibly unprofessional. This company was one thing after another. To start with the technician did not fully explain what was wrong with the fridge to me because he thought I, a young woman, had to be renting my house. When he started to call my "landlord" and my phone rang he said "oh are you the owner?" When I replied yes he then said well I didn't really explain everything to you because I thought I had to talk to talk to a landlord." We had a problem with the water line on our fridge. He came out, turned off the water to both the fridge and dishwasher because "he did not know which went to which". He told us we'd probably have some leaking for about an hour from residual water. A week later the fridge was still leaking. When I called the company to tell them, they refused to come out to see what the issue was without charging me 95$. Despite this being something they did because the water was supposed to be off while waiting for the repair part to come in. I paid it, and once again the technician was rude and talked down to me because I was a young woman. Fast forward to when the part comes in. We were told to turn the fridge off 24 hours in advance of the repair, which we did. When the technician showed up he accused me of lying about turning off me fridge. Saying it felt like it had only been off for about thirty minutes. Not only did he accuse me once, but multiple times. He only stoped when informed him I had proof I turned it off at the appointed time. He then proceeded to say if he did the repair today that he'd have to break some of the ice by hand and I said okay that I needed it fixed. He did the repair saying the F word every 5 minutes and complaining about having to break up the ice. The fridge is fixed and working so far, but it was a complete nightmare to get it there. Please do yourself a favor and find another company that will treat you with more respect. read more

This is probably the WORST company I have ever had any experience with. Someone came to my house because my washer would not turn on. I asked the service guy if it could be the plug. He said absolutely not. I asked him to check it out and he wouldn't. Said he knew that wasn't it .said it was the master control panel. He did not even look at ANYTHING. I asked him whether he should look into it. no,, he knew what it was. This is just by standing beside it. Part was $400 . yep $400. Said it would take a week to 10 days to get it and I had to pay him right then. Regrettably I did. This is like you taking your car to a repair shop and someone walking out,looking at your parked car and saying you need new breaks or a transmission. Riduclus. But I fell for it. 5 WEEKS later 2 guys came out. Tested the plug...it didn't work. Opened the washer and discovered that it was completely burned. Power surge or something. Couldn't really be fixed. NO REFUND. Too bad Sucker. We took your money. IF the first guy had simply taken the top up like any repairman should have he would have known immediately.
