Do not use this business. They are Incredibly unprofessional. This company was one thing after another. To start with the technician did not fully explain what was wrong with the fridge to me because he thought I, a young woman, had to be renting my house. When he started to call my "landlord" and my phone rang he said "oh are you the owner?" When I replied yes he then said well I didn't really explain everything to you because I thought I had to talk to talk to a landlord." We had a problem with the water line on our fridge. He came out, turned off the water to both the fridge and dishwasher because "he did not know which went to which". He told us we'd probably have some leaking for about an hour from residual water. A week later the fridge was still leaking. When I called the company to tell them, they refused to come out to see what the issue was without charging me 95$. Despite this being something they did because the water was supposed to be off while waiting for the repair part to come in. I paid it, and once again the technician was rude and talked down to me because I was a young woman. Fast forward to when the part comes in. We were told to turn the fridge off 24 hours in advance of the repair, which we did. When the technician showed up he accused me of lying about turning off me fridge. Saying it felt like it had only been off for about thirty minutes. Not only did he accuse me once, but multiple times. He only stoped when informed him I had proof I turned it off at the appointed time. He then proceeded to say if he did the repair today that he'd have to break some of the ice by hand and I said okay that I needed it fixed. He did the repair saying the F word every 5 minutes and complaining about having to break up the ice. The fridge is fixed and working so far, but it was a complete nightmare to get it there. Please do yourself a favor and find another company that will treat you with more respect. read more
