They have a $39 fee for an appointment (between 8-5) or $59 for a 2 hr window (8-10). They called about 45-60 min before they arrived and their office sent a text with a picture and short bio of the technician. Technician showed up during the window promised (9ish), troubleshot the problem thoroughly explained issues, showed me options and installed new hot water heater pretty quickly. Plumber was friendly, polite and explained what the problems were before the repair. Very happy with completed job. I will call them in the future

The surge blew out the control boards on both alliances, which is an expensive part to replace, so due to the costliness of the repairs, I decided to put that money toward new ones. Although he didn't make the repairs, Mike was professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with. I recommend him and will call him again if and when I need an appliance repairman.
