Just to give a little backstory, there was a company that came out prior to Alcatraz Locksmith coming to my house who was not successful with unlocking my room door. The technician had asked for $150 for me to pay out-of-pocket if he can drill a hole through the door I said no of course. I have just moved to Chula Vista and the previous owners of my new home didn't leave behind the key to the storage room that houses the water heater. I needed to have a new entry door lock set rekeyed to match our existing key so I took it in to their shop. Ruth quoted me a very reasonable price for the service, and since it was almost closing time (I arrived there late), she told me that I could pick it up the next morning. I was happy with that and headed to my car where my doggie was waiting for me. When I got to the car I decided to take my doggie for a walk around the parking lot and to the adjacent green areas. When we got back to the car I saw Ruth waiting for us at the front of the shop; she told me that she saw I had taken my dog for a walk, and was able to finish the rekey while we walked!!
