This location now offers Studio Red (HIIT cardio), Flow (heated yoga), and LFT (lifting class) which are basically boutique-style workouts that would cost $30+ for a single drop in class elsewhere, but you get it (and a lot more) for a monthly cost of ~$45 (as of Jan 2026). The equipment in the classes are high end and in great condition. All the coaches teaching the classes are wonderful, fun, welcoming people, so it's a great environment to jump start your fitness journey or crank it up. Really great fellow gym go-ers in the classes as well - no weird egos, very supportive and considerate. It's true that the extra amenities, like the massage chairs, break down more consistently than you'd like, but the workouts are so satisfying, it's fine. There are also some new-ish annoying fees with being late and corporate controlling the music played. Also, there's a pool and some spa amenities. I haven't personally used it, but it's always looks clean and does the job. Again, at this price point, it's a great deal.

Meanwhile, staff are often gathered behind the front desk chatting rather than addressing these issues. There's no padding for squat racks as employees stopped giving them out, and machines are routinely broken or out of service, which raises serious questions about how maintenance fees are being used.

The most knowledgeable person I have ever spoke to regarding physiology & repair. I have been rehabbing my neck for months now, and what she did in one 90 min session was more than all of my PT and regular massage work COMBINED! She helped and explained why my foot falls asleep, she helped with my jaw clicking, and I have range of movement with my neck and arm that I haven't had in years. I'm not joking. I've been able to sleep again. She went beyond my paid time to fully finish some techniques, she wrote me up an email with some exercises to do, and she gave me a list of specialized areas for the next body work specialist to focus on. I recently moved and this has become my new, go to Planet Fitness. At first it took awhile to get used to the layout, but I actually prefer this one to the other location I used to frequent. As usual, they have lockers, bathrooms, water fountains, different workout areas, etc. Basically all the standard characteristics you're looking for in a gym. For the overall cleanliness and efficiency from the staff, I say 4 stars fits the bill. I saw way too many reviews complaining about things that the gym has zero control over. Don't like workout culture and the people who frequent gyms? You should probably stay at home. I've been getting back into a strong workout routine to start the year, and I'm pleased with the overall execution of this location. Sometimes there are a few popular machines that are down for a couple of days, but generally you're in good hands. And for the price you're paying, it's difficult to complain!
