I got a 90 minute CBD oil massage last week at Elevation and it was seriously HEAVEN. I honestly don't think I've ever had a better massage. The massage room wasn't anything spectacular but hey, that's not the point of a massage, right? The actual massage was incredible. The owner of the business makes her own CBD oil, as well, soooo relaxing. I had to take two weeks to write this review because I didn't want to overreact or say things that were out of anger. But I am very disappointed in how things went down. I went to Elevation the first time and had a really good massage, good enough to sign up again. I went to my second appointment ...waited....waited...doors to her suite were locked, I tried to call...no answer and I left. No call or email received prior to the appointment. I emailed Jesenia later that day just asking what happened- she said that she tried to call me to say she was late and she stated the wrong number (just off by one digit) and the weird part was that she called me to confirm my first appointment that I ever made on my actual correct number. She said that she was sorry for the mishap and wanted to make it up to me with a free massage...So Sunday rolls around- I'm giving her another chance and the door to the actual building is locked. I like to be early so I waited outside until my scheduled time...no one unlocks the door...I wait about 8 minutes after and I'm like...I can't wait around again...I call, no answer. I email- and I get an answer 15 min after my scheduled appointment saying that she was with a client and that the doors are always locked on the weekends...BUT she never told me that before hand...and especially because she was a no show last time, I was like, wow it happened again- so I left- again carving time out of my day. I don't think this is a good way to run a business and when a business owner tells you a time- they should be there, and if you always run late- pad your time. read more

Great place. Nice looking building in a beautiful part of Colorado, next to a ton of businesses. AOnly half way thru my session and I already feel amazing. The people working are very welcoming, and care about your well being. The lady at the front desk helped me find the location after going to the wrong place two times, she was patient the entire time. The lady giving me the massage took her time and made sure she didn't hit any pressure points. Be aware of the parking situation, had me a lil confused but overall my experience here has been great. I recommend you give them a try there great. Also I came because of a Groupon coupon, so I recommend you to check Groupon before you come in. read more

I am very disappointed because I have been a recurring client of Jisenia's for a couple years now. She is knowledgeable and gives great massages but has been unprofessional recently. I set an appointment for a massage and when I showed up she was not there. After calling and texting her, she called back and told me she double booked so we scheduled another appointment. I went to the rescheduled appointment and she was a no-show again! I even confirmed the appointment the day before. She called 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment and said that she thought she sent me a text that she was running 30 minutes behind because she was running errands. I'm sorry, I will miss her massages, but I cannot plan massages around someone who is unreliable. I wish you the best, Jisenia, but I will not be back to Elevation massage after these no-shows. read more

Let me first say that I rarely post a bad review, because I value small businesses and would rather communicate directly with them then blast them, but my experience today made me too upset not to vocalize it. It would have been nice to provide a 5 star review like the majority here have done, but I cannot even review the service because it never happened. Showed up at 1055am for my 11am massage, door was locked and "massage in process" was present, so I waited. And, waited. And, texted. And, called. And, called again, and again. by 1145 (silly me for waiting that long) I left, back in knots, trying to not be annoyed. On my drive home I got a call from them stating that their phone was on silent and that she was there, yet the door never became unlocked, no one came to take the sign down, no one came to look for me, yet she redeemed my Groupon during that time.....blamed on a scheduling error, despite the fact that I booked only 2 days ago, so I'm not sure how things could get so off the rails in such a short time. No apology until I specifically noted that I had yet to hear an "I'm sorry" come out her mouth, and still, she was very apathetic to the fact that she completely dropped the ball on a service that was being provided, a service I very badly needed. Hopefully I'll get a full refund so I can take that money and eventually get another massage somewhere else. read more
