The one part I don't like about this place is the issues I have when they are calculating your bill. I've had mishaps on my bill every time I have gone. I'm usually able to catch it there is a mistake, but on one visit I did not and had to contact their help center. They were very nice about it and credited my account. But the next time I came, it was not automatically applied to my bill. So I have about $12 in credit left here according to my Klarna account so hopefully it can be applied on my next visit.

I asked him if that was bad, and he said it's subjective. Well thanks Mr. Professional. That helps me understand a lot. As he finishes my legs, he tells me to turn over. I ask if we could just focus on my back because it was my main area of concern. He rudely says we will after I turn over. I turn over, and he proceeds to massage my leg. Before he starts on my second leg, I ask again if we could focus on my back and neck area. He said we will finish up there and proceeds to massage both of my arms. When he finally makes it to my neck, with little time left, I ask if I can turn back over because it was hurting. He says if I turn over it will hurt worse and he proceeds even though I'm in obvious pain. At this point, saying anything is pointless as I've been rudely dismissed from the start of this session. When this nightmare and total waste of money is over, I get dressed. As I exit the room and began to walk down the hallway, he laughs. However, the mark remains visible five months later. What has been most disappointing is not simply that a complication occurred, as I understand every cosmetic procedure carries risks. My concern is that there was no meaningful discussion beforehand about the possibility of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH), and when the discoloration persisted, I was not provided with a clear treatment plan, timeline, refund, or other corrective action. I reached out multiple times, provided photographs, and expressed concern about the persistence of the pigmentation. While I received reassurance that the area was healing, I was not given specific recommendations beyond continued observation. The discoloration has improved somewhat but remains noticeable. Had I been fully informed that a visible mark could persist for five months or longer, I would have weighed my decision differently. I hope that by January (a year later) my scar will resolve. I additionally had paid for 6 colonics upfront but have been hesitant about returning. They have not reached out or followed up with me whatsoever. It's a loss and I feel insecure about this.
