Bill was very polite, called me over the weekend to set up the time and said he'd go to the jobsite to get his guys started and then come and meet with me. He just sent me a text message (not even dignified enough to call) at 8:30pm the night before saying "We are currently too busy to take on any new jobs until September. Call me early summer." Bill is what gives contractors a bad name. Sure he might do good work, but he does not respect people's time and schedules. A simple, "Sorry, would love to help you, but we are booked through September" would have done fine at the first call. Terrible customer service and I imagine this speaks to how you might be treated as a client if he did manage to get in your door.

Three weeks ago my master bedroom shower began to leak and upon inspection found I needed a new cartridge. The manufacturer was Grohe which I was told by my contractor, John, HOW GREAT Grohe was especially since there parts were easy to get if you ever had a problem. BULL SHI*, nothing could be further from the truth. Without getting into the details was able to FINALLY FIND someone who had the Grohe cartridge based off of the INVOICE AND THE ACTUAL INSTRUCTION MANUAL that I kept for 3.5 years JUST IN CASE I HAD A PROBLEM. So I get the EXACT, SPECIFIC CARTRIDGE the exact ONE that's in the manual and guess what, when a plumber goes to install it it's not the correct cartridge. The contractor, who had his staff input the shower valve well they installed a different catridge altogether, though not sure how. Anyway, the cartridge PART that was listed in the MANUAL was not the correct cartridge. Furthermore, why is the cartridge broke after 3.5 years and all the plumbers I talked with lamblasted Grohe as being bothersome, not worth the hassle , bad service and difficult to get parts. Be careful with this company as you're told one thing BUT be careful as the parts you think you're getting installed and are listed on the invoice and the instructions manual may not actually be the parts installed. We got several bids for the project, and Brothers not only gave us the lowest bid, but we also felt the most comfortable with them on a personal level. - as they struck us as very straight-forward, honest and trustworthy. Jim, Eric and their team not only did an incredible job executing our vision, but also brought their own expertise and insight into how to best transform a space. They really have a knack for both the craftsmanship aspect of remodeling as well as a good eye on how to utilize your floor plan. Our basement was half-finished with a mix of concrete, ratty carpet and wood paneled walls. They knocked down a wall, re-did the floors, added drywall, framed a storage room, built a bathroom, added canned lights, put in new windows and additional electrical outlets. What once looked like a rundown area of our townhouse now looks like an upscale hotel suite complete with the beautiful bathroom that they added. They completed all the work on time and on budget, and we couldn't imagine anyone doing a better job. Not having a lot of experience in the world of renovation/remodeling, it was such a relief to deal with honest, hard-working guys who treat you like family and don't try to hose you over. In addition to doing excellent work, they were all nice, respectful and easy to get along with - and we felt 100% comfortable with them going in and out of our place for the better part of a month. One more point I would like to mention is that during the remodel, we had an issue with our furnace. Four Seasons came out and quoted us around $1,000 to fix it. We told the brothers about it, and they said that sounded excessive. Jim and Eric took care of the parts and labor for $300 that same day, and it's been running perfectly since then. If we ever need any more work done to our place, Brothers would be our only choice, and I would happily recommend them to friends, family and anyone who's looking for great work on their house or condo at a fair and honest price.

We met Stoyan (owner of SR Solutions) through his work with a renovation company when we hired that company to do a gut rehab for our bathroom. That company used Stoyan as a subcontractor. We loved his professionalism and attention to detail. He corrected some design flaws and explained what he was going to do before he did it. We also appreciated his candor in telling us how long things were going to take (which differed from what that other renovation company told us). After our pleasant experience working with Stoyan, we've gladly recommended him to neighbors and to other folks who need home repairs.
