Yes they could within the hour! Sure enough they were there within 1/2 hour, even with the impending snowstorm. Armando and his crew were able to clean out the roots causing the issue and showed me (with camera) where the problem was and that soon the clay pipe would need to be replaced. They did a great job. When I paid Jeff, and asked him for a receipt he looked at me like I was crazy. Not sure what the issue was here but when a service is provided, its customary to provide a receipt. And like I said; he was very expensive so I was interested in the cost-break down. He (JSR-Jeff) said he'd email me when he got home (the receipt). That day nothing, next day nothing. I texted him again to remind, said he'd do it... a couple more days go by and nothing. Quality of work was good. Quality of customer service = dismal. So I would actually not recommend.

The first sump pump that was installed unfortunately had an issue with the lighted plug but they came back out to replace it so it's all good now. I highly recommend Jason to anyone looking for a plumber - he's really one of the nicest plumbers I've met and he'd clearly and patiently answer any questions you may have.
