Jared from Alder came by my mom's house yesterday and according to her did a phenomenal job(Carol). I don't live in the area but I scheduled the appointment with Jared because she is getting older and unfortunately has been taken advantage of by some awful companies. She said that Jared cleaned up every spider web she could see around the home and she was so happy that her home looked so clean. Do not use these people .Its a scam. They tell you it's $69 a month. You sign their iPad and never tell you are signing a contract. Then if you tell them you want to cancel they charge you $662 to your account to cancel a contract you didn't know you had. There was no business card. They just showed up in the neighborhood soliciting. They ride around on a hoverboard. He told us they were working with our neighbors. This is just wrong! read more

I cannot say enough awesome things about Alder Pest Control. I've been using this service since 2018. They are meticulous. Everyone is nice and professional. In today's world of less than dependable service, they are here when they say they will, always call ahead and they perform the service perfectly! Today (Saturday) I sent a message I needed wasp/hornet service on my next scheduled visit (Aug 17). They responded in less than an hour and said they would move my appointment ahead by 2 weeks! I recommend Alder Pest Control, out of Centerton. We purchased a house in 2017 that had a lot of brown recluse spiders. We used Terminex at first for quarterly sprayings with a focus on spiders; however, their quote for treating the entire house was above our budget, plus we continued to see lots of spiders. I did some research and found Jared at Alder Pest. He is reasonably priced and has done a more thorough job of treating our attic, where the problem seems to originate. His assistant, Sean, really impressed me with the attention he gave with the quarterly spraying as well. read more

Nick did an excellent job of explaining to me what and how the process works. He was very patient and knowledgeable about the products he was using. He treated the interior and exterior of the house and treated our entire property for mosquitos, ticks and other pests.
