Love these guys! Sure they have a great price, but oh boy is their customer service stellar! I have an 18-month contract with them. They come out quarterly, but also do no-cost triage if you have an unexpected issue while under contract. Sugar ants appeared in our pantry last summer but never came back after Flex treated. Fernando has serviced us occasionally, including today. He's always very considerate, polite, and delivers service quietly - which is very important since I work from home and I'm always on Zoom calls. I'll tell ya - he went beyond the line of duty today! I apparently didn't shut the front door all the way after greeting him and a giant wind gust blew it open. So unbeknownst to me, my dog ran out without a collar while I was on a Zoom call and Fernando quickly rang the bell to alert me, which was the difference between a slight inconvenience and an afternoon full of worry and searching. Canine fiasco aside, I also had some landscapers on property doing some work and they, too, were rather impressed with Fernando's service delivery, speed, and efficiency. They treated interior baseboards of garage with a high grade liquid repellent targeting spiders and other general pest, replaced bait in bait boxes on both left and right side of the home targeting mice, inspected for spider webs, wasp nests, and mud dauber nests and removed any from the home; dusted cracks, crevices, corners of windows, and doors with a high grade water resistant repellent dust, looked for entry points for mice and found everything looked good, then treated the eaves, around the windows, around the doors, drain spouts, and corners with high grade liquid repellent targeting spiders and wasps, and treated the foundation, cracks and crevices in driveway and sidewalks with a high grade liquid non-repellent targeting ants and other general pest, as well as granulated the entire lawn for fleas, ticks, spiders, ants, and mosquitoes. Extremely pleased! Mike and his crew were very friendly & professional. Spencer & Chris arrived right on time (8:00am) & stayed an hour or so. Since we have a pool & I have seen small ants around the landscaping stones, they sprayed something (I forgot the name of the chemical) to "draw out the bugs" then another pesticide to kill them. They also sprayed the yard for ticks & fleas since we have dogs. While treating the porch, they also cleaned off the dust webs. Inside the house, they hit all the wet areas. Once you order service, there's a portal where you can create an account & pay while also scheduling future treatments. This is very convenient. I spent my summer of 2018 bit up by spiders. I was NOT going to let that happen to me again, especially with a 3 month old in our home now. Thankfully we found Flex Pest Control. They were extremely easy to communicate with and made our appointment quickly. I was concerned about a lot of chemicals in our home with our new little one, but Mike reassured my husband and I that Flex Pest Control uses restaurant and hospital grade chemicals that are safe for babies, adults and pets! It was a huge plus in my book to hear that. Mike was kind enough to help facilitate the appointment and help me create a portal to book my future appointments. Soon Spencer arrived. He texted me when he was here as to make sure to not disturb any sleeping baby in our home. He was extremely thorough and let me know what was going on. I let him know my concerns about spiders and he let me know that there was two options for me and let me chose what I thought would be best for our home. Spencer took down a spider's web and let me know where it was. He even came back in before he left to make sure that I didn't have any follow up questions for him. He let me know that he would come back at any time if something was wrong and that if for some reason we had an issue of bugs or something, he would come back and retreat for free. Not many companies do that for you. I honestly could not be more pleased with my service and I have already told my family to go them a call to get going on spraying before the summer season. a salesman from this company followed me home on a hover board from the entrance of my neighborhood to my garage. I sat in my car a minute hoping he would go away. But instead he waited for me right under the door of my garage to get out of my vehicle. Finally I got out and immediately let him know there is no solicitation allowed in my neighborhood. He came INTO my garage and responded that he was only going to let me know that "his trucks would be driving through my neighborhood tomorrow because so many of my neighbors were getting his service." He mentioned 2 neighbors by name or specific occupation. I asked those neighbors and turns out he had lied. He had approached them but they said no thank you. And he told them that *I, myself was getting service and so they should too* total lie. I checked with the city and FLEX doesn't even have a solicitation permit so everything about this was illegal. I should have called the cops. If I needed pest services I would never go with this sleezy, dishonest company. Extremely rude door to door salesman!! He rings my door and I'm visibly struggling trying to keep my dogs from running outside and he says "how's it going?" I said "can I help you?" He says again, kind of obnoxiously "HOWS IT GOING?" At that point, I'm ticked and just need to get my dogs back away from the door. I tell him "I'm not interested." He laughs this cocky laugh and says "In what?" So I say "I'm not interested" again and he very rudely says "HAVE A GOOD DAY!" Let me tell you, I will NEVER EVER use this place after the interaction I had today. How about next time someone asks, can I help you, instead of being a rude, cocky jerk, simply state what you are there for. Especially when you can see someone is visibly busy. Part of me wonders had he talked to a man like the way he talked to me. Who knows?! read more
