After I had hired them, They said "they don't do that". They don't drill holes, they only put out bait stations and they can't put them in areas that are paved. I had to hire Terminix to drill holes and kill the termites, so now I am paying both companies for their services. NSPC is coming out to remove the bait stations from the ground and take THEIR stations back. Nope

When I called West , they couldn't answer any of my questions . We switched from West , and this service was so far exceeding what West delivered , I am shocked . They also include bugs and treatments I wasn't receiving with West. I am SO happy we switched to Moxie . I hope we get Luke as our tech every time .

The product didn't work, in fact when I was talking to one of their technicians that came to my house, he agreed and told me I needed to switch to the original. After my year was over they continued to charge me after multiple conversations over the phone and with techs at the house. We are at six months now and again they promise it is canceled. Do I believe them, no. Looking at legal options at this point. I've been charged $900 over what my obligation was with the annual sign up fee. Seems like a scam at this point.

I'd give it less than one star if I could. Entire experience was one big headache. Plus, my bugs…read morewere not significantly different with or without the spraying. It started with a door to door solicitation for pest control. I was only a year into the house and the area, and thought I'd give them a try. I signed up for a quarterly service for outside spraying for a year, and they'd spray inside if needed. They tried to add on a mosquito spraying as well, and I said that I hadn't noticed any problem with mosquitos, even mowing my own lawn, so I'd pass. Unknown to me, they signed me up for that also, anyway. The guy I was working with had me sign his iPad a couple of times, and I got no copy of the contract. A few months later, I noticed I was being double billed, and I called customer service. They said I had signed the contract for both, and was obligated, but they'd give me the benefit of the doubt if I extended the regular service an additional quarter. After an extended conversation, and exhausted with the confrontation, I agreed. After talking with neighbors, I found another service that was more effective, and I thought I'd switch at the end of my contract. Then Rumble failed to show up for a quarterly visit. I called customer service to cancel the service immediately despite paying four extra monthly payments without service. I was told that I could cancel only if I paid an additional cancellation charge. Then they hung up on me promptly at 5pm, quitting time, without resolution to the issue. Don't know how they escape the BBB, but stay away from these scammers. Bad business model, bad product.

We've had several techs but Rick was outstanding. The pest control is the service we really like, keeps all the bugs, spiders and whatevers out of the house, that's a big plus.
