We asked for a…read morequote for termites primarily, but were considering their full range of protection against spiders, ants, mosquitoes, etc.. They looked over my house and detached garage and provided a quote for all services and explained that it would be cheaper to bundle all services into one setup fee instead of paying setup fees every time we wanted a new protection offering added. I was assured that the quote would be good for 60 days and would cover both my house and garage space. We shopped around a bit, but a month later decided to start only with termite protection and scheduled someone to come out for the install. When the installer arrived, he immediately informed me that only the house would be covered for the quoted installation price and I would need to pay four times the amount to include my garage space. I told him there was no way I would pay that since I was assured the original quote included the garage. He said he would make a call to see what the office wanted to do about it. He came back and apologized saying there were newer sales guys involved on my original quote but there was no wiggle room on the 4x setup amount and left. I called the office and asked to speak to a manager about the situation. I was told that he was in a meeting all day, but would call me back as soon as possible. I never received a call. This was a complete bait and switch move with no response from management. If they can't even call me back, I suppose I shouldn't expect them to honor their quotes, either. BUYER BEWARE. STEER CLEAR.

We hired this company specifically to eliminate a mouse problem and were assured they would take…read morecare of it. Unfortunately, much of what was promised was not followed through on. They sealed the house and placed mostly sticky traps, but mice continued coming in through the same area we originally called about. Cleanup and follow-up were inconsistent, technicians sometimes showed up unannounced and blamed the office for not calling, and there seemed to be an excuse whenever we raised concerns. We eventually went back to old-fashioned snap traps ourselves and caught more mice that way. In the end, we had to seal the gap in the closet ourselves with spray foam to stop the motion-detector light from coming on at night (which means the mice stopped coming in). Most disappointing, my mom had recently lost her husband and has significant vision limitations. She hired professionals because she needed help and trusted their assurances. I feel the service was misrepresented and that she was taken advantage of during a vulnerable time. I would not recommend this company.

Unfortunately, after receiving a nasty phone call from the owner, we will never use this company again. We received a bill electronically with a payment due date being one month after services. I wrote a check a few days after receiving the invoice and put it in the mail. The owner, David called me a week after the service and asked why I hadn't paid yet. I explained to him that I had sent a check in the mail and that the due date on the invoice was still 3 weeks away and they should receive the payment with plenty of time before that date. He told me that I should pay with a credit card and that payments for one time treatment were due on the day of. I explained to him that I hadn't been told that and the date on the invoice didn't specify that either. I asked him what he would like me to do seeing as I wasn't late on the payment and it was in fact in the mail on the way to him. He told me to pay with a credit card. I explained to him that this wasn't an option at this time. He continued to harass me about payment and I told him we would talk if he hadn't received it by Monday. My husband called back to try to understand what the problem was and was immediately harassed about the payment, David telling him that we should have known payment was due upon service. All this being said, customer service is obviously not the owners strong suit and because of this, he lost our business.
