I needed to get a chip repaired quickly before heading out on a trip and leaving my car at the airport. I just knew leaving it outside with the change in temperatures would lead to a larger crack like had happened before, so I called this place to see if they could fit me in. I had only one morning available before my trip, so I showed up when they opened, and they immediately took my car back and started working on it. After only 30 mins or so, they finished, and I was able to get back to work. It looks great, and they even sent me a receipt so I can submit the claim to my insurance. Poor experience all round. Glass was not good quality, had an imperfection with a back windshield replacement which distorts when looking through glass which is a safety hazard. We didn't realize until we had left that the windshield was third party and sub par quality. Have given them multiple chances over weeks of calls to correct the issue and they just say they will call back but they never do. read more

My car was broken into on a Sunday while we were in Seattle for a Seahawks game. They attempted to crack my front passenger side window, but weren't successful, although the attempt left a crack and they shattered my back drivers side window and glass was everywhere. Luckily I have insurance, but safelight couldn't get me in for a month. I called alderwood auto glass in Monroe hoping they'd be able to get me in sooner. Dan (I believe his name was), was so kind and got me in the same week I called. He helped clean out the rest of the shattered glass and worked with my insurance. I had a pretty bad crack in my windshield that happened on Hwy 2. Alderwood Auto Glass got me in same day, and he was able to repair the crack without having to replace my windshield. He returns calls in a couple of hours if you leave a message. He was very nice and you can't even tell there was a crack in my windshield! It just looks like a little dirt smudge now. No reviews yet? Come on, Marysville, get with the times. There's this nifty thing now called the Internets...try it, won't you? I would truly hate to have this guy pissed off at me, Never, ever, bring in your car with its two-month-old windshield and even HINT that your mechanic couldn't find the source of the sudden lake forming in the car's cabin (yay, winter) and have the sheer audacity to suggest that the source be the faulty windshield seal. You need to be made of strong stuff to stand up to Brian's rant against accusatory mechanics, and if you have a good, trustworthy-but-too-busy-to-spend-all-day-searching-for-the-source-of-the-leak mechanic, be prepared to defend said mechanic. That aside, Brian (once he'd calmed a bit) went above and beyond to prove that the leak wasn't coming from the windshield. He tore half the driver's side cabin out (and put it all back perfectly) to pinpoint the leak as coming from the antenna housing on the roof. And he did all this with no appointment made and just before closing. All I'd done was stop in to inquire. And he didn't charge me for the diagnosis, though I offered to pay. Guess I got the attitude discount. For windshield replacement in the first place, I can't recommend him highly enough. Fast, professional, and I suspect that my floor mats came back cleaner than they had been. Windshield plus install was very reasonably priced as well. What a coincidence--he sells Bosch wipers too, but he's not too pushy about the sale. But I got 'em anyway. He takes obvious pride in his work, and his shop and front office are very tidy and clean. My car was broken into, the passenger front window was shattered, after calling around alderwood auto glass was able to fit me in the same day. After paying deductible of 100.00 I was out the door same day. Having your car broken into is nerve wracking to say the least they went above and beyond and when I got my car the glass I couldn't get was cleaned up for me. I have now taken two of my cars to this shop. The owner always explains everything to me, and does a thorough job. My mechanic told me the leaking in my car was coming from my windshield, so I brought it here. The owner offered to run his own test on the possible leak sites to make sure that was really the problem BEFORE I had to spend money on a new windshield. And he ran the test at no charge. I'm very happy with the service here and I will definitely use them again when the needs arises. read more

We chose this place due to the online reviews and it was an excellent choice. Our 1989 Jeep needed the rear glass re-secured after coming loose due to our back door lift supports going out, the heavy back door slamming caused the back glass to come loose. Knowledgeable, easy to find, and fast!! While there he noticed that our front windshield had a crack and when he was finished supplied me with a quote to replace the windshield without me having to ask, which jogged my memory to ask about a price for our truck windshield. DON'T LET THIS GUY DAMAGE YOUR CAR TOO! The owner of all things, did major damage to the roof of my classic car while replacing the windshield, then refused to make or pay for the repairs! There was a huge area of where he not only damaged but took paint off all the way to the metal! He tried to claim that it was my fault! He did the damage, tried to blame me and when I told him he had to fix or pay for the repairs he got combative and aggressive! DON'T GO HERE! The guy doesn't care about you or your car! I even asked if something fell on a customers car while it was in his shop would he pay for the repair. He said it wouldn't be his fault....it would be the customers problem!
