I used joes glass in Everett after experiencing horrible service with safelite. Safelite did not seal my windshield properly which caused a water leak and caused mold to grow on the car mats and seats. I was quoted $300 plus tax to replace the windshield to stop the leaking water. Joe also offered a deep clean mold removal from the business he owns next door for an additional $250 plus tax. It's been a month, and mold is growing again as seen in the last picture. Joe's team completely dropped the ball on both services. Do not bring your vehicle here, as they charged me over $550 and did not fix any issue I had. read more

My husband and I have had 2 windshields replaced here and both times have been great experience. Quality work, friendly staff, started on time. We also have had several rock chip repairs. Recently we found out Joe the owner also owns an auto detailing shop next door. We had our Tesla that is 3 years old and needed a good cleaning done and it turned out so great we had our son bring in his car the next week to have his done. His car needed some deep cleaning. It's a 2017 non smoker, no pets, but a young bachelor on the go who just didn't give a crap about the inside of his car. They made I look brand new! Called for pricing on a chip repair and was told no appointment needed, $70 + tax, quick 10-15 min repair time. I came in a few days later, around noon on a weekday, and things were just as expected and then some. The shop was busy with two other repairs in the works, the phone was pretty busy, and the guy at the desk was handling it all politely and efficiently. The lobby was impressive with toys and books for kids, varieties of kcups for coffee and tea, water and snacks. Restroom in the lobby as well. Before I was done paying for the chip repair, it was already completed! Impressed, relieved, and painless. The chip itself was less than the diameter of a quarter but close to it, we'll see if the repair holds up with the upcoming colder temps, but from first glance it looks a lot better than before! read more

They refused to take responsibility for damaging my car but still offered to get me touch up paint. Do not take your classic vehicle to this business. Before work was done I was ensured that they could properly install and seal new windshield. Even after the windshield was pulled and the corrosion was seen by me and the owner I asked again, and was told they could do it. After the job was done it visually looked very amateur and rushed. Gasket didn't seat properly. I returned the next day and the owner made some adjustments but also was defensive about me questioning the quality of the job. After some back and forth i was told to take it home and get it wet to see if it leaked, and it did. I went back the next day and they worked on it more, adding the black silicone i side the gasket and sent me on my way. It seemed sealed at first but now that the rain is back it leaks worse than it did before they even touched it. The owner joe is extremely arrogant and cant provide any sort of guarantee or warranty on this sort of work, which would have been nice to know before they started. He also tried to give me the run around on the fact that i provided my own gasket after admitting that even the ones they get have issues. ​spend your money elsewhere. read more

Can't leave zero stars. Got my windshield replaced early this year, about 10 month ago. Two days after the service was complete, the molding was separating from between the windshield and the car, and was loose across the windshield, so I went back to get it fixed. The owner pushed it back in and mansplained to me that the molding doesn't have anything to do with the seal. He was patronizing and demeaning. I stated, that may be true, but it looks terrible and cannot be correct. I expressed concern that this would happen again, as rubber expands and contracts with heat changes as most people know is simple chemistry, and there was nothing anchoring the molding into place, except tension which was obviously not working. He assured me that it would stay in place. It did not. Once the cold weather returned, the molding loosened again. I called Joe's Glass so that I could bring the car in to have it actually fixed this time. Initially the person who answer the phone asked me "what do you want us to do about it?" and then told me that they could not help. Despite me having this concern when the windshield was replaced at their establishment. I finally argued my way into an "appointment" to have Joe look at it again. He was not there when I arrived. The employees there were not knowledgeable. I was told there was nothing that could be done. They too were dismissive and unprofessional. Finally at my insistence, the molding was once again shoved back into place. I am less than confident that this will be a lasting fix. You may be tempted to use this company because it is easy to get an appointment and seems like less of a hassle. There is a reason for the availability. I also thought that in going there, I was supporting a small business, and that was a good thing. Do yourself a favor and DON'T GO HERE. Go to a legitimate place where the work is completed correctly the first time, whose owner and staff are not rude and condescending. read more

I have used joe's in the past with no problems. So when my daughter needed a new window I booked an appointment. However this time it was a complete different experience. Everything seemed fine until they said my car was ready and I went out to leave. I came out to a hole in my dash that was filled with black putty and 3 large cracks. One was all the way though a piece in front that was never broke. The peice was bowed up as well on both sides. My hood was up and the A pillars had black residue on both. I immediately went back in and asked for the manager. Joe came out said sorry about the black grease but they did not put a hole in my dash or take it apart breaking the front piece aswell. I told Joe you're kidding me. This had one small crack by the steering wheel and one small crack by the air bag. See picture where my finger is.thats all. Now my dash is destroyed and you and your staff told me nothing but just that im good to go. Joe again denied they did this but would review the video and get back to me. I left to go to work it was raining and my wipers were not working so i called back. Joe said oh you need a gell pack we did not have one in stock but come back and he will put one in. After a few hours at work I returned he put the gell pack in and the wipers worked again. He tried to tell me it did not have one in there before. I told him Joe it was raining and working when I came in today. Now past that he said he reviewed the video and admitted his guy's did break the dash and was sorry but it is britle. I told Joe it had one small crack in front of the airbag and 1 small crack to the left of the steering wheel. Now it's destroyed there's a hole in it that has black silicone cracked in 3 more spots large ones and your guys said absolutely nothing of this , except that i'm good to go...Really!!! While I was at work I looked into getting the dash replacement cost it is very expensive. It's two pieces 700 plus labor. While doing this, I ran across company that does a dash skin with really good reviews for 180. I told Joe if he would buy this, I would accept it and install it myself because at this point Iiterally dont want Joes doing anything with my truck anymore. Joe said no, he would offer me $80.That's it take it or leave it. I told Joe for $80 It's worth more to me to let other people know how he ran his company the lies and misdirection atleast this time and post reviews of how bad my experience was. I will tell my employees family and friends never go back to this place. I hope everybody that goes to Joes reads this and will make a educated decision on what type of company they would want working on their vehicles. read more

I went through my insurance company, so my review and experience may be different than others. I scheduled an appointment and had the option of going in that same afternoon, which is pretty awesome. My rock chip spread to longer than a dollar bill, so I had to get a replacement but they recalibrated everything on my windshield, so I didn't have to take my car to a dealership. The appointment from start to finish was about an hour and a half, and although their office lounge is pretty small, there are comfortable couches and free coffee and water provided for guests. Everyone that I interacted with was courteous and friendly, so I had a good experience! Would recommend if you can go through your insurance company, because their rates are a bit higher than other local shops I called. read more

Upon arrival, he finds out that they had incorrectly placed the order for a rear window. After trying far too hard to give my business to Safelite and failing to reach a human being on the phone, I decided to give Joe's a call. I'm so glad I did. Not only did an actual person answer the phone immediately, I was given a quote that was $50 less than what I would have had to pay the other company AND Joe's was able to get me in the next day. The back window of my truck was replaced in about an hour, the cost was reasonable, and they went the extra mile to clean out all the broken glass from my back seat. It was obvious upon entry that Joe's is a community based small business, with many local charities prominently featured in the lobby. Bonus Tip I wish I had known going in...you can drop your car and wait next door with your dog! There is a business next door called Pints and Pups that serves beer and has a play area for your canine companion. Next time my truck window gets smashed in my punk kids, I'm definitely taking advantage. Long story short..Joe's is a local business, efficient and fast, good quality work at a reasonable price. They replaced my windshield, but damaged my vehicle. When I addressed them about the damaged, multiple employees lied to me about their intentions of fixing it. Turns out they never intended to. I was given every excuse in the book. They are rude, unprofessional, have no integrity and take no responsibility for any damage they cause. They will never get any business from anyone I know or ever talk to. Worst I've ever been treated by a business. All these people do is treat you horrible and damage your vehicle, then try to point to the finger back at you for being pissed about it. Totally classless individuals, period. After safelite canceled on me the day of the appointment I called Joes, they got my 2022 jeep gladiator in within an hour of calling! Two windows replaced in under 2 hours! They have a detailing business next door that got the car cleaned up and looking great! Definitely recommend 10/10! read more

Not only were they 20-25% less expensive than others I called, they were able to get us in the same day and had us back on the road within an hour. Not only did they fix the window, they vacuumed up all of the glass in the car, as well as completely removing the door panel and ensuring that there wasn't anything left in the door to rattle around. Where do I even start with this review.. Last December I went to Joes Glass to get my drivers side window replaced, it was suppose to be an easy fix & job but the person who did the window replacement broke the lock on my door, it took for me to write a review for them to reach out to me for the update on the part that they ordered. Not only that but there was a ton of broken glass still shattered everywhere in my vehicle which they said they would take care of for me the time they replaced the window ONLY IF I EDITED & CHANGED MY REVIEW. Week after week I hear an excuse from them saying that the wrong part was ordered. Last week I left a voice mail telling them that if this issue isn't fixed I bring my lawyer in to handle everything. The very next day I hear back. So after 3 MONTHS OF WAITING they finally order the correct part and fix the lock on the door. However upon further notice, they didn't install the panels properly and the window lock button doesn't even work. This is very hazardous especially for someone who has children. To add to everything else there is additional wear and tear on the molding around the window buttons which wasn't there before. This company is very untrustworthy, selfish and all they care about is profit and working on the next vehicle. They don't care about their customers and have very poor customer service. I really wish I went to BMW instead of going here. BEWARE OF USING THIS COMPANY. P.S. - Not only that but the main person behind the counter didn't even have a mask on the last time I went and was coughing everywhere. We still have mask mandates in our state. read more

Last week on Monday my wife and I dropped her car off at Joe's glass company for a Tuesday morning replacement windshield. They said it takes a little over an hour to install. On Tue I hear nothing from Joe's glass, so I make a call to them at 3:30pm to see if I could come and pick the vehicle up. Joe's tells me the glass they tried to install was wrong so they had to order another one. Ok well why no phone call telling us they will need the vehicle another day? So Wednesday same exact scenario. No call from Joe's. So I call at 4pm and get the same story I got on Tuesday. Now they are going to order the factory glass. I was told the would receive the glass on Friday. No call on Friday. I called at 4:10pm and am told the glass just showed up but they don't have time to install it. They have had my wife's car since Monday afternoon. With that being said we didn't pick the car up until the following Monday. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. To boot there is drips of some kind of clear sticky (glue of some kind) blobs all over her car. She noticed right away because it's on her rear window. After looking at her car there is blobs from front to back. This is honestly ridiculous. Total lack of customer service and respect of other people's property. I have attached photos. Joes glass The dude asked me to drop a review as we got our keys back. Here's why I had to laugh. My wife needed a windshield replaced, the cracks had spiderwebbed pretty badly. She called around and looked into our insurance coverage and settled on Joe's Glass to do the job. Almost every shop around was the same cost, this was one of the recommendations from our insurance company. They sounded nice on the phone, that is what won her over. We're a family with two elementary-age kids that keep us busy all the time. The rain on this day was the first we've had in a month and it cancelled the beach plans that she had for them and their friends. Perfect! So she called to see if she could get in. They had a spot open, things are going great. Once she got there, she realized that she didn't have the card on her that she was going to use to pay. Normally, in any other situation with normal customer service, she could call me and I would pay over the phone. Not at Joe's! No, they insist on having the card. So she realizes this as the windshield is already off her vehicle. They tell her she's "got an hour to figure it out." She calls me in a panic asking what to do. I ought to mention that I am working, and I am two counties away. I speak to the shop on the phone and they lost the nice customer service that they sold us on earlier. I ask about tap payments, I could get my Apple Card onto her phone to take care of it, but they insist on seeing the physical card. I'm now red hot, leaving my work unfinished, to drive down to pay the bill. What the heck right?! My children are with mom in the shop waiting patiently. The shop even has a box of Paw Patrol cars for kids to play with. As my daughter is zooming around with these toys a shard of glass cuts her fingertip. Blood comes fast because it's a fingertip cut, there are just some places that bleed more. All the blood freaks out both my daughter and my wife. Mom takes daughter into the bathroom to clean out the cut, by now there's blood all over the shop and my daughter's sleeve. One of the shop workers offers a bandaid with this little piece of condolence "Well, it is a glass shop." Now if that doesn't make me want to throw a damned toy car through the front window, nothing would. I'm hearing this via phone, I've left Island County and I'm in Skagit. Maps says I am still an hour away. I am wondering what kind of ancient point-of-sale system this shop has where they couldn't take payment over the phone. I'm picturing one of those credit card carbon copy impression takers covered in goop and sealant. Ugh, what a pain. Once I get to the shop, I am surprised at the Apple Pay logo right on the front of the register. My blood pressure is rarely this elevated. Luckily there's another customer in the lobby and his conversation helps temper my boiling rage. The shop guy takes my payment and gives me a bull crap answer about seeing the physical card to avoid fraud. These idiots must have given away a million windshields or something! I understand taking payment for service rendered, but I am livid about having to lose out on my work when the simple phone call could have solved everything. The hours of work I missed added a couple hundred more to the cost of a window at Joe's Glass. My truck also needs a window, I'll find anyone else for that job. read more

I received a bad rock chip right in the center too of my leased 2019 Kia Niro EV's windshield last week. When I went online to a major competitor of Joe's they gave me an appointment date of December 10th, nearly two and a half months later. By then the chip would have been an across the window crack and a much, much more expensive repair. I stopped by the next day at Joe's to see whether they could beat that time for a chip repair. They checked it out and had it fixed within 20 minutes! You can't beat that! read more

This guy joes is not honest. Does poor work and isn't insurance certified Doest follow there guidelines. Doesn't replace seals, used old one, left gaps between glass and side post. My other car he used a aftermarket molding that doest fit real well. I should have waited for my normal guy that does my glass work but he was booked. read more

AVOID! He rendered our vehicle unsafe, and after 5 attempts to fix it promised a refund and then went back on that promise. Visits 1. Made an appointment and when we got there they didn't have the glass. 2. Made a new appointment, and our windshield was replaced and they said they calibrated all the sensors. Awhile later we noticed it's sensors weren't working properly. We took it to the dealership to try to figure out what it was, the sensors hadn't been recalibrated since the replacement. Joe said he had done it and the dealership was lying, our insurance asked us to give him a 2nd chance. 3. We left if for an afternoon, he insisted they drove it and it worked fine. It was randomly hitting the breaks on the freeway. We bought a car with all the safety features as we are having a baby soon. Joe responded that we just shouldn't drive with those sensors on when the baby is in the car. 4. We left it the following Tuesday until end of day, less than an hour before closing that they hadn't fixed it and needed another day. The whole windshield replacement ( and calibration he says he did) took less than 2 hours. 5. Told Joe he could have it 8-3:30 as we had an appointment. We told him flat out that if it wasn't fixed that the end of the day we needed a refund for calibrating. Joe agreed. Arrived and it wasn't fixed. Joe said he would mail the refund check later that week. Friday at 5 he called and said he wouldn't be mailing the check and he put in an after market windshield and he didn't think the dealership would calibrate it. But he arranged it so we could go to his friend to fix it. The dealership calibrated it no problem and Joe eventually nailed us a refund for the calibration. Through all of this Joe was rude, hostile, unhelpful and an overall pain to work with read more

In the middle of the night someone smashed the front windshield to our company truck and shattered the whole windshield. I called around to several different places half didn't answer their phone. Some of the places I called had to order in the glass which would've taken days and some wanted a ridiculous amount of money for a replacement windshield. Aiden said they could do it in a few hours. I dropped off my truck the next day and they were done with it within two hours. Got my truck back same day and was very pleased with their price, service, and their fast turnaround time. After the second scheduled windshield replacement appointment neglect, we called Joes this morning, they got us in at 4:00 pm and we were home within the hour; new windshield installed.
