Aldi does a great job with signs that let you know what's new: "Aldi Finds." Excellent low prices on a wide range of produce. And I must commend Aldi for carrying almond and oat milk/creamer. The food mostly doesn't have any dyes, I am such a fan off that because sometimes I am sensitive to Red 40. The service is normal. The Ambiance is a small, simple store that has everything you would need and more! I would rate this 4 1/2 Stars, but that is not possible, so yeah! Great Store, you should check it out! read more

A late addition to my list of favorite grocery stores to shop in, Aldi has certainly impressed as of late. Like other supermarkets, you really have to shop around and see where the best deals lie, otherwise you might save only a little while overpaying a lot. Really impressed with the prices on vegetables and some fruits. Meat and poultry are priced great for the quality of the items. Check for deals in the freezers, really good veggies and cheap! Make sure you bring a quarter for your cart and lots of grocery bags. Unless you like the cardboard boxes...nothing wrong with that, haha. read more

Remember back when the store was a third of its size today (expanded years ago) and there would only be two employees in the entire store. From the get-go (first month it opened at this location), I've enjoyed shopping at (my) Aldi's. Employees are top notch too! read more

If you enjoy the sport of bargain shopping and you aren't afraid of a little shopping cart derby, Aldi's is the place for you! The pros: - Great prices! - I can find healthy options like grass fed beef, gluten free products and lots of produce. The cons: - The aisles are FAR too small, and because of their checkout system, you are basically forced to use a cart - During busy times, checking out takes a LONG time. They typically only have two cashier's working, so it gets backed up VERY quickly. I went today, on a Friday at 3:30 p.m. and it took me about 8 minutes to get through the checkouts. - Popular items sell out FAST! I used to LOVE the Grocery Outlet Bargain Market on the Carlisle Pike before it closed. Aldi's is the closest thing I have to a quality bargain store now and while in some aspects it provides what I need, the experience is not as enjoyable. It often feels crowded (especially since everyone is using carts) and navigating through the skinny aisles is a challenge. Make sure you have a quarter for the cart and bring your own bags! read more

Whatever people may say about Aldi, it rocks! As a German there are couple of reasons. 1. Not a typical oversized store so typical for America. Quick in and quick out. 2. Not uncommon, they care about their customers. Certain things are not allowed in their products for the well-being of their customers unlike American stores that sell a lot of GMO combined with a lot of unhealthy trash in the food. 3. Not a bad selection here. Remember to bring a quarter for a cart which you get back after returning it when you are finished. Good selection of fruits and vegetables at a really good price. Most things aren't name brand but if it's good, you're definitely saving a lot of money! Cashier was asking every customer if they found what they needed and would call over the walkie talkie if the answer was no in order to get someone to help. read more

Aldi's is great if you're looking for some inexpensive groceries. We go here a few times a month and really like their Fit & Active brand items. I haven't purchased meat here but we do buy pre packaged lunch meat occasionally with no issue. It does get very busy on the weekends though and can be tough to navigate with their setup and all their people. Produce is very reasonably priced. read more

Bring your own bags and a quarter. They sell bags if you need them and the quarter is for the grocery cart. Aldi's is very inexpensive but not cheap! 95% of the groceries I have tried from here are top quality. We love Aldi's chocolate, Fit n Healthy line, and giant refrigerated pizzas. Most of the groceries are their own house brand (I was told once that they use the same manufacturer as Trader Joe's!). . Their generic GS Samosa-like cookies are indistinguishable from the original. They do carry some brand name items like Boathouse Farms or Pringles. The fresh produce section is small and has a narrow variety but it changes based what is available.
