I love Aldi! I save so much money as compared to any other stores. Their store brands are quite good, and sometimes better than name brands available elsewhere. The specialty items are so much fun, and make shopping an adventure. But best of all are those central aisles filled with "Aldi Finds"- assorted products for all areas of life at pretty fantastic prices. All items change as new merchandise comes in, so it's wise to pick things up when you are interested since they could well be gone on your next trip. read more

Customer service is awful. The corporate site says that in the US refunds are available within a time frame and with receipt. Cashier also confirmed this at checkout. Went to return some items and two cashiers told me that I 'could' return it but it would cost them time and they may not be able to return it to the shelves. Then they refused to refund to my card, and forced me to take store credit. Won't be back. Poor customer service and doesn't follow corporate policies. Would give this 0 stars if possible. In addition, refused to give him his cart back so he couldn't get his quarter back. read more

Gotta give em a 5 star. This store is definitely not perfect, but boy do they have BARGAINS. If you can get your grocery item at Aldi then get it there. Most of the time you'll save about a dollar per item. Unbelievable! Sometimes you'll pay about half what you'd pay at the big chain stores. I have to laugh just thinking about it. I doubt anyone can beat their prices in snacks, cookies and candy. Now that the chain grocery stores are jacking up their prices, Aldi is a must go to while doing the shopping. They are covid compliant - lots of hand cleaners, distancing, and must wear a mask. I go there early in the morning and it is usually not real crowded. read more

I usually love ALDI despite it usually being overcrowded, but this all changes in a pandemic. My experience was subpar while shopping today. The store was packed, which they can't control, but the simplest practices to keep people safe were blatantly ignored. The cashiers still place your groceries in someone else's cart which was disturbing! I do not want to touch someone else's cart that has not been sanitized! When I brought this up to the cashier, they dismissed me, and were visually upset that I even brought it up rather than simply paying for my groceries and leaving. Come on ALDI, you can do better and we deserve better! read more

If you want to save a bunch on your groceries, Aldi is the place for you. If you like spending a lot and having every possible item at your fingertips, and sip on a Starbuck's coffee while you shop, by all means go to Meijer. Aldi is very different. You deposit a quarter to get a cart, which you get back when you return it. So bring a quarter. They don't bag for you, and don't provide bags. So bring some bags. Finally, they don't have everything, and you probably won't be able to do all your shopping here. I'd suggest visiting Horrock's or Goodrich's for your produce and special item needs. What they do have is high quality, and most of all extremely cheap. Like half price from Meijer. Make Aldi your first stop when shopping, and I guarantee you'll shave a ton off your bills. This Aldi is always so friendly. They are well stocked and the store is kept clean. The cashiers are quick and proficient at what they do. Even with long lines they knock them down quick. Produce is kind of blah at every Aldi I've ever been to. This one is the same. Cheap and yummy but only last 2-3 days. Just keep in mind. read more

I used to like this store. I still like the service. Employees are fast, efficient and eager to help. What I don't like is: 1. They never have meat that they advertise. I understand that the special sales for proteins start on Wednesday, but I've been there on Wednesdays, and they still don't have what the advertise. Recently I went there to get chicken wings that were advertised. As usual, there were none. So, as I was checking out I asked the guy at the register if they were sold out, and if they would have any more. He said they never got any. They get a delivery truck once a day, and what you want may or may not be on it. I can't help but think it's the old "bait and switch" but it's not worth my time and effort to file a complaint. 2. Their deli pizzas. Supposedly, they have never been frozen, but it says right on the box that they were previously frozen for handling purposes. I'm all for food safety, but why not not leave them frozen and sell them out of the frozen food coolers? Freezing a thawed food a second time seriously degrades the quality so, if you every get one of their Mama Corsi "deli" pizzas, you oughtt to plan on cooking it pretty darn quick, and not re-freeze it. 3. They've gone overboard on organics, at least in their weekly ads. For people who like organic food, more power to you, but I'm shopping for good buys, and most organic food costs more than I'm willing to pay. Again I have nothing but nice things to say about the people in the store who are available to answer questions, but the store just ain't what they used to be. read more

Aldi has quickly become my go-to for groceries. They are owned by the same company as Trader Joe's and seem to have a similar philosophy for different shoppers. They private label a lot of their own stuff to skip out on brand name markups. Most of their store branded items are great! I e also found that they sell much of the same trader joes items under their own brand. Same stuff, much lower price. You won't get everything you need here, but at least 75% of it. read more

Aldi is where good food choices go to die. I can always run in and grab a "quick prepared food snack" and be satisfied. I've heard others talk about doing all of their grocery shopping at Aldi- you could probably save alot of money by giving this a shot. Quick tip on the produce. You what you purchase right away or it will spoil. It tends not to have a long shelf life. read more

Okay so why ALDI because of the price that is ONE but a lot of their products are main brands in disguise. You get the same quality with only another name on it if you like to have a lays or Doritos name on your chips bag go to the other stores if you would like to have the same Doritos or chips from the name brand then go to Aldi. Milk or cheese or butter how many factory's do you have to make that, so where do this all come from hhmm i think most of all this from the same supplier only another name on it and besides that Aldi has a lot more foreign products who are very good and tasteful that you cannot find anywhere else for me it is more then just shopping for my regular items for me it is every time at Aldi a new discovery of food items. read more

Aldi's is a very worthwile experience. I've shopped there for 15 years. They carry a lot of off brands and we have felt that 80% of them are just as good as name brands. Face it; nothing tastes like Heinze ketchup. Their dairy products are excellent. Be careful with produce. Cereals are wondeful. Canned goods are mostly the off brands but we regularly stock their refried beans, soups, etc.; they are very good. I don't buy paper products there but we do buy our tall kitchen trash bags there. They are very high quality and much cheaper than name brands. They have really nice, well priced frozen products and a nice selection of fresh meats and lunch meats. Definitely give it a try. And, don't forget your quarter for your cart, which you get back. Happy shopping. read more
