There was a 4 car wait for the pharmacy drive through this sunday afternoon. We were the 4th car waiting for about 20 minutes. All 3 cars in front of us were helped and when we finally pulled up, they slammed the window in our face and played an automated message that they were closed for lunch now from 1:30 to 2. It was 1:29 and they knew we had been waiting for 30+ minutes, with no cars behind us anymore. A total lack of respect and care for their customers, incredibly immature, especially when dealing with prescription medicine that people depend on to live. I have nothing but bad things to say about this pharmacy. read more

Husband and I got vaccines for Covid and flu Sept 2025. Scheduling availability was within a week, lots of times available. The pharmacist was speedy. We are under 65 and did not declare medical issues. Ni questions asked. read more

A quick stop here at this CVS mostly because their ATM is in my network. There is no legal street parking here, but I did find a 15 minute "loading" zone and so I used that. It worked out fine. The store has the usual candies, snacks, greeting cards, personal care items, seasonal, beverages and cosmetics. I also picked up a bottle of water and used their self-checkout. The pharmacists do not organize their products and have taken over 10 minutes to find me the medication. They also do not understand what i am asking for or the medication is for. They have closed hours early with no notice on their website or anywhere else. There is almost always a line because of how long they take to serve customers. Have also given me the wrong amount of medication, even though they were sent the correct script. read more

Standard CVS experience. Currently seems understaffed I have only seen one or two people working there each time, in my most recent experiences.. however this location seems pretty clean. I really love the self check out option although a lot of times having one person run an entire store seems a bit odd or difficult but I haven't seen it gets super busy in recent times which is weird because it's downtown! With all of the self checkouts it kind of makes me think about what it's going to be like in the near future where the entire store is there yet only one person is working for an entire store and you just use the self checkouts. Not a very personable experience. I love the convenience and fastness of this CVS I have been in and out of here for just a few items and it is always superfast!! read more

This CVS has self check out, which in principle, but you know any CVS can have a sudden long line, but especially when it's near a university. It's a typical CVS otherwise, clean, well stocked, fair prices, underpaid overworked frazzled employees, weird seasonal items. I got the sunscreen I needed but couldn't get the bird skeleton I wanted because I knew they wouldn't let me into the stadium with it. read more

Ahh CVS, so convenient and so great to shop at! This CVS is awesome because it's in a newer building and it's a corner shop so it's super easy to locate. It's right across from the Marriott and many bars and restaurants making it a great for anyone who needs a drugstore. It's also right near campus and many bus lines so you can access it between classes or on your way home. The store is layed out like most CVS stores and the staff here is friendly and doesn't bother you if you want to just browse. Being a drugstore, the staff is used to your purchases consisting of random items like Misi P. mentioned. The pharmacy is great and the staff back there is helpful as well. It being a drugstore the prices of certain things can be more expensive than say at Target, Walmart or Meijer. However, it's a drugstore so I guess that comes with the territory. read more

One word for you ---- LAME!!! The guy at the counter, I think he's on crack. I walked in asking if they sell digital camera batteries ---- I didn't think they would, but I was supppppperrr desperate because my battery died on me. So the guy takes me to the "battery" section --- it was lame. And then I saw something that may have looked like my battery and then I asked him, "Oh is this it?" and he said, "Oh, it looks like it is." and walked away. I tried pulling the battery out and it was locked. Alright, dumb ass, you work here, wouldn't you know if your shit was locked up! I go back to him again and I asked, "I think the battery is locked up." He said, "Oh, sorry ..." and he went off to unlock it for me. And then I asked, "If this battery doesn't work for my camera, can I ask for a refund." He checked out the merchandise, and then said, "This isn't a battery." OMG! You wasted 5 minutes of my time! DUMB ASS! He should get retrained because he has no idea what his store carries! Probably why he's stuck working at a CVS in Lansing. LOVELY! read more

I just moved to MI from NC, so things have been rocky with getting the medication I was taking before I moved. Yesterday, there was a problem with getting my prescription and I had none left from before I moved. The very nice lady at the drive through did everything she could to ensure that I got my medication. She understood the seriousness of the situation and truly took care of me. In addition, they are all being COVID safe; even encouraging customers to wear a mask at the drive through! read more

Admittedly, my memories of this CVS are through the rose-colored glasses of a broke college student, but I digress . . . this is honestly one of the best CVS's I've ever been to! It seemed to have a huge selection of products, a wider array of products than most CVS's, it was always clean and well-organized, and the staff was consistently super friendly and helpful. I didn't have easy access to a car for most of my four years at MSU, so this was truly one of the only convenient shops around, and it made life *so* much easier. Being able to duck across the street to grab allergy medicine or concealer or cheap mixers for a party, rather than having to walk a couple blocks to where my apartment complex permitted me to park my car, and then fight traffic all the way down Grand River to get to Meijer or Target . . . this CVS was truly a lifesaver on more than one occasion. A lot of the stores on Grand River were wary of college students and would make you check your bag and then watch you like a hawk to prevent shoplifting, but the staff at CVS seemed to actually trust us to behave like adults. Hip Hip Hooray for CVS. As a general rule, I hate drugstores because the prices are overinflated, but I love my CVS. It's right around the block from my flat, so I can hoof it there, but even better, they have drive-thru pick up for prescriptions, so I can order my meds online at work and just pick them up on the way home. They are open til midnight on most nights which is so convinient, and the guys at the counter don't look at you funny when you come to the counter with a bottle of milk, box of pads, and a 12 pack of magnum condoms. read more

This is the best CVS!!!! It is only a few blocks away from my dorm, which is very nice. I like going here if I am running out of supplies such as toothbrushes, deodorant etc. They really have a great selection of products and I also get all of my prescriptions refilled here. These are the nicest pharmacy staff that I have met. They always ask me how my classes are going and make sure that if there are issues with prescriptions being covered by insurance thy will let me know. read more

Wish for an option with a zero star! The staff are so lame, the young pharmacist with the long hair is the most ridiculous thing above all. He doesn't know about the stuff's ingredients and doesn't know if they have them in the first place. I had to wait for more than 15 minutes for him just to check the system for the shampoo I was asking about, 15 minutes plus the attitude.. My visit took almost an hour because of their lack of knowledge and guessing. I don't recommend it to anyone. read more

It's your typical drug store but the location is great and pretty much everyone who works there is very friendly. There is a woman behind the pharmacy counter who needs a bit of an attitude adjustment. She practically threw my prescriptions at me and rolled her eyes about three times in the 30 seconds I was trying to pick up. I've noticed she's gotten nicer. read more

This was the best cvs with the best pharmacy I have been to until today. There is a new person behind the counter and she is the most unfriendly, unhappy person I have seen.
