    New design!

Boy do I love this Aldi since the remodel! I loved going to the old store but now the new one is beautiful and has everything so organized! You can't beat the prices here. We rent a car to come to Medford and it still ends up cheaper than other grocery stores. It also has a tons of other stores in the plaza so you can get all of your shopping done at one place. Feeling lazy? Even the Instacart orders are cheaper for delivery. Aldi gets ride of grocery store luxuries so you have to bag your own groceries, pay for a cart, and bring your own bags, but that's what helps keep prices low. The items are for their brand and some aren't good but most are amazing. We go around certain theme weeks (like german week!) to load up for the year. If you live in the area you should definitely be shopping here regularly. Your wallet and tastebuds will thank you.

This location is clearly understaffed during the busy holiday season. However, no qualms here because they go out of their way to help me find items on the shelves or check the back. The miserable customers who criticize the simplistic layout and low inventory need to manage their expectations while shopping during a pandemic. I've been a shopper for over a decade before social media glamorized Aldi. I have no brand loyalty and the affordable organic and pasture raised options keep me coming in twice a week.

Aussie style yoghurt (think noosa)! DELICIOUS!!!

My favorite market because you can get a lot of everyday foods for REALLY GOOD PRICES! First of all, bring a quarter so you can use a carriage (you get it back after you return it). If you steer away from the processes, high sugar foods, you can find organic fruits & veggies, good quality generic products, organic milk, cage free eggs, and really good Greek & Aussie style (think noosa) yoghurt. I bought Atlantic salmon (on a bourbon soaked cedar plank that you cook it on) & cooked if for 30 mins in the oven. It was like having a gourmet meal! The even have grass fed beef!! As much as I LOVE this place, there are a few drawbacks. You have to use cash or a debit card, the lines are LONG (be prepared to wait, and you have to bag you own groceries (bring bags or they have boxes). If you're on a budget, this is s great place to shop!

Go to spot! One of the last stores with good quality products at a normal price range. Glad to have it close by!

Worst customer service. Cashiers are rude, and the produce is always mistreated. Never going back to this Aldi.

My friend is a 77-year-old Indian male, a man I've known for years from seeing each other at Cambridge/Harvard and NY Public Libraries often for over a decade. He was wearing a bright blue puffy coat when the manager accused him of being a teenage African American shoplifter and banned him from the store. They even kept his glasses, which he left behind during the confrontation. This is one of the most absurd and disturbing cases of mistaken identity and profiling I've ever witnessed. How does a business confuse a 77-year-old Indian man with a 17-year-old African American teenager, and then treat him like a criminal without evidence? My colleague is not a thief; he is a paying customer. After seeing how he was treated, I have no confidence in the judgment, training, or basic fairness of the people running this store and will not be returning.

I find this so much more useful and functional than receiving a weekly mystery box of fruits and vegetables that I quite possibly don't have any interest in. After all, a girl can only eat so many apples and bean sprouts... The products available for purchase include dairy, fresh pastas, fruits, vegetables, meats, bread, and more. Your delivery date is based on your location. For instance, I live in Cambridge, so my food arrived Tuesday morning bright and early (before 8:00 AM). I was beyond happy with the presentation of my order. The delivery person placed all of my perishable items in the cooler I set out in our lobby, and my other items were neatly packed in brown paper bags. All of the produce was clean and attractive (even the potatoes were tidy), and not a single egg was broken. I point this out because PeaPod always breaks my eggs and it drives me crazy. In Season is a bit pricey, but no more so than Whole Foods. My only true quibble with the service was that the meat comes frozen. I guess I was expecting brown paper packages tied up with string and a hand delivery by Julie Andrews, but let's be realistic, the majority of the fresh meat I buy ends up in the freezer anyway. I doubt I'll be utilizing this service every week, but I want to stress again that the quality of these products is phenomenal and I definitely envision having a delivery from time to time.

I go out and grab my bag of goodies. Fresh blueberries, raspberries, heirloom tomatoes, fingerling potatoes, fresh pasta and a hunk of locally made cheddar. Fabulous.
