The Aldi's at 820 Palm Bay NE needs a total overhaul. The building is filthy, floors and shelves. Stock looks like it was tossed from the back room. Stock is not maintained, empty spaces and employees don't offer to look in warehouse for more available. I drive 14 miles to the Aldi's near Fresh Market on Wickham because it is so well stocked and organized and clean! PLEASE check on management at the Palm Bay store, it is so disgusting! read more

I decided to try the curbside pick up for my groceries bc I'm 9 months pregnant and grocery shopping is exhausting. Shortly after submitting and paying for my list of items I received 7 text messages refunding 7 different items bc they were out of stock. Like why even let me order them to begin with? Then I got a text saying my order was ready to pick up. I get there, let them know I'm there and continued to wait 20+ mins just to receive a text that says no one is available to bring it out so I need to go into the store to pick it up. Wtf?? Girl if you can't operate a curbside delivery don't have it available as an option. Maybe it's the pregnancy rage but damn yall get it together. read more

I am a big fan of Aldi, but not this particular location. Everyone who works here for the most part are great. The main issue l have is that location tje store is always dirty. The floors were filthy and. Quite a few spots were wet. I stopped to pick up a few quick items for a road trip. Not my favorite location. read more

Although we love shopping at Aldi, and the people at this location are always very nice, unfortunately this location is always very dirty. As soon as you enter the store, the smell of rotting produce is in the air, the floors always have what I can only describe as "mud" smeared all over them, and there are always broken eggs and spilled milk all over the floors near the coolers. Additionally the shelves throughout are disorganized and filled with empty boxes and trash. Admittedly these are all clear indications of the customers behavior that frequent this location in Palm Bay, however, Aldi also needs to keep up with the obvious cleanliness issues in this location. This unfortunately has been going on for years at this location. All other Aldi locations seem to be able to keep their stores clean in Brevard County between Melbourne and Viera. Perhaps we can effect change by holding the customers to a higher standard of behavior, by keeping the store spotless so that when someone makes a mess, they stick out like a sore thumb. People need to take pride in their own neighborhoods and have more respect for each other through their actions. In the mean time, we are forced to go to other Aldi locations in Melbourne that are cleaner and more organized, but farther away. read more

We stopped by here why we were on vacation in l bay during Christmas and I wasn't throughly please. It was very messy from trash items being in the floor and somewhat expired lettuce and foods on the shelves. They're were only two people on the register and I'm unsure If it's because it was around Christmas or it they were short staffed that day. But needless to last I walked sour after 5 min and ended up at Publix. read more

Always have to come here to do some shopping. The prices are amazing and their organic items are on point. The service is great lines are not bad specially if you want to pay less for your must items. The store is always clean and well stocked. Small store, not a lot to choose from. What they do have to choose from is pretty much things you want. Prices are very low but the brands are all weird off names you have never heard of that are only sold at Aldi. They all taste pretty good not like the cheap weird stuff you get at the dollar store. Because I am not a Scientist I am unable to test these products for weird unknown fillers. Having said that, I approve of this store. One thing that is really funny. You do not just get to use a shopping cart. You have to rent a shopping cart. There is a little box on each cart. You put a quarter into the box and it will unlock the cart. Once you leave the store you can return your cart and get your .25 cents back. read more

A real mess of a store! They never have all they advertise on sale on hand. Today they overcharged me $5, I bought one butter, they charged me for three, then I got organic bananas on sale for 59cents a pound, they charged me for regular which were higher priced, they don't look nor care, a lot of their employees just do not care here. Now I have to make a complaint to my credit card for the overcharge since we live 20 miles south of here. It really is not worth shopping at Aldi anymore. They have high prices now. They raised the price of their butter, from $1.39 a container to now $2.49, almost a 100% increase, every time we come here higher prices. The creamer used to be $1.79 now $2.45 the prices are higher and higher, much higher than the gov. says inflation is, the increases are more like 40-50% increase, it is better to get the BOGO's at Publix or Winn Dixie and get two, there are not real bargains at Aldi anymore. Plus they are always out of so many items. Not worth the trip, plus prices are skyrocketing and then they make errors and overcharge you on top an extra $5 for something you did not get, BUYER BEWARE at this store. They overcharge on a lot. They used to be good years ago, but you can save more at the Neighborhood Market, Publix, or Winn Dixie. The big problem with Aldi too is the frenzy hysteria of the store and people here shopping, it is not a place where shopping is a pleasure at all. I do not think we will ever go back! read more

I love having Aldi so close to home. First time living on my own and Aldi makes having good foods at affordable prices for a young couple like us. Fast service and well rounded selection of goods. Just don't shop there too close to the end of business. Not as much choice in the cold section then. read more

I absolutely adore the West Melbourne Aldi store. It has become by go-to grocery store. The prices are unreal. Always so much better than other stores. The quality of the produce and meat is hard to beat. Recently I bought fresh salmon for less than $4!!! They do a great job here of keeping the aisles clean and the shelves well stocked. Aldi was recommended to me a couple of years ago and I've been shopping there every since. I calculate I save around $30 per week. I'm satisfied with most everything, and the store has a very favorable policy in the event you would be dissatisfied with a product. Employees are helpful and friendly, and it's nice not tripping over shopping carts in the parking lot! Whoever came with that idea was pretty smart !! Other supermarkets ought to copy it! Their Turano Italian bread is absolutely to die for! My only complaint is that they don't have the Red Velvet ice cream any more. But I'll still give them 5 stars! read more
