First, after placing my order, my email receipt said it was a pickup order. Which was frustrating enough because I made sure to double-check the shipping address since it was different than the billing address (this was a Christmas gift). I called and straight things out or so I thought. Next thing I know I have a package at my doorstep from them. I immediately informed them of the mistake and to my surprise I was blamed for everything and it was my problem to deal with.
