A beautiful bouquet with at least 20 Gerber daisies plus many other flowers. Well the next morning most of the daises were drooped over. They had the straw that is usually over the stems but that didn't help. I took the whole thing back and complained. The man I dealt him with (I believe he was the manager) asked if I want him to replace the daisies. I told him not if that's going to happen again. I told him I got so many daisies because I know how much she loves them. He actually said "maybe you should get silk ones" I told him I would be taking a refund (which was about $80). I should have never gotten flowers there again, but was in the store and the sunflowers looked nice. I Will NEVER use them again. I use to be happy with their flowers , but they've gone way downhill. Don't know if they are using another provider, but I would not recommend them.

Their products are really quite exceptional and the people that represent them in their stores are very helpful. Our family has been going here for years and during a time my father-in-law was ill. They would allow me to call the order in and go down and get it so that I didn't have to be away from the house that long. It was very helpful for our situation. They've always been very accommodating.

The service was so helpful and the layout was great to move back and forth to see the cheeses, pickles, trail mix, and sweets. As soon as we got home we started sampling the cheeses with crackers.
