They deliver the produce in a reusable bag on my doorstep. They are SO communicative. Each week, they post what is coming for that week so you have an idea of what to expect. You can fill out a 'do not send' list online if there is anything you don't like, and you can update it at any time. They also have fresh eggs you can add, as well as other add ons from local companies. You can change your preferences at any time, including how frequently they come (weekly, bi-weekly or monthly). All the produce is organic and it's all been delicious! It lasts so long as well. If you have an issue with something being fresh, their costumer service is great. The portion sizes are great as well. I've been very pleased and would highly recommend their delivery service!

Looks small from the outside but they have all the essentials you need! All their vegetables and fruit looked so fresh! Prices are decent for what they are. They even had fresh basil. There were other vendors too. Not sure if they are there every time or if they rotate. But there was also a gluten free bread stand and flower stand. I got a bouquet of fresh flowers for $10. The bouquet were huge and beautiful! All the vendors take cash and credit cards (swipe on their phone). Some might charge you a small fee if you pay with credit cards (maybe .40 cents). Well worth the trip!

The new location for the Waxhaw Farmers' Market has been graciously donated by Bill and Holly Stewart of Stewarts' Village Gallery for the Market to use. The Stewart's say "they are looking forward to the new season with our new neighbors". The market runs from April through November and serves the citizens of Waxhaw, Weddington, Marvin and the surrounding communities. Customers come from Charlotte for many of the unique and delicious items available. The hours will remain the same, from 9 am till 1 pm on Saturdays and on Tuesdays from 3 pm to 6 pm. The market features naturally grown local produce, cut flowers, vegetable and flower plants, goat cheese, fresh farm eggs, herbs, local honey, fresh baked bread, cakes, cookies, muffins, granola bars, homemade dog treats, homemade goat milk soap, and so much more! With the exception of the flower people (they rarely last more than 5 days), all items have been wonderful. Produce prices can't be beat, and much of the food is wonderful. I'm partial to Heavenly Muffins (she's a neighbor of mine), but that aside they truly are deliciously 'Heavenly.' We came to the pumpkin patch! They have a large parking lot and it was easy to find…read more It's a $3 fee for everyone above 2 years old and you need a reservation. Although, it was easy to make a reservation and there were a lot of time slots to choose from. This included seeing the animals (goats, pigs and bunnies), walking in the flower fields (a sunflower field and colorful flowers), the playground and taking photos. The playground really was not much and I think older kids would've gotten bored easily. For an extra fee, there is a corn pit to play in, a wagon ride and a train ride for kids. We did not do these. There wasn't a ton of places for photo ops, but there were some. They have a shop with goods for sale as well as some snacks and drinks like apple cider, slushies, apple cider donuts, alcohol, etc. We went the weekend after Halloween, so there weren't many pumpkins to see/choose from, but if we went earlier in the season I'm guessing there would have been. On the opposite side of the property, there was a Thai restaurant and a shop that served ice cream and alcohol. There were plenty of picnic tables and even a couple TV's showing football. This was a bit of a walk to get to, though. They also have pizza which you have to order ahead of time with your reservation if interested, but I've heard great things about the pizza. Keep in mind it is only porta johns, like many pumpkin patches. All in all, not my favorite pumpkin patch in the area, I questioned why we needed a reservation and to pay, it really didn't include much, but I'm wondering if we would've had a different experience if we went earlier in the season.

But the checkout process is a disaster -- every single time. It's either painfully slow because the cashiers are moving at half speed, or there are only two of them working and the line stretches forever. Bonus points for when the internet goes down and every register has to reboot, which happens way more often than it should. Great store, terrible exit experience. Fix that, and it's an easy five stars.
