On my fourth trip back to return the shoes they refused to give me a credit because I never received my original receipt back from them. I was completely treated in a very disrespectful manner and they would not issue me a credit on my credit card. Instead they gave me a store credit. Of course I will never shop in that store again and was horrified at my treatment in the shop. Thank goodness for American Express who will be disputing this claim and crediting my account.

But I totally get what other reviewers said about Brian. I feel like he's a little over enthusiastic and willing to help in a good way but also one that could put some people off. When I walked in I was looking at the boxes for the type of Birkenstock I was looking for, and Brian basically dissuaded me from doing so and suggested that I grab a model from the wall and bring it to him for him to bring me a box from the back. I did that and Brian quickly brought me several boxes, and one of the boxes was my size. I actually really enjoyed that level of service and it made my shopping experience really quick. But I also knew what I type of sandal was looking for. I guess if you want to leisurely look around you might feel pressured by that.

Not only do they have the most adorable and trendy clothes, the staff and owners are the sweetest people ever! While checking the Skechers website last week, there was a pair of sneakers that caught my eye…read more Apparently the only Skechers store that had them in stock was the one located in the Shoppes at Deerfield. Since I was running errands in the area I decided to stop by to actually see if they had the sneakers in stock. The store was large and organized with a vast selection of sneakers and shoes for men, women, and kids. Though the store was having a holiday sale of BOGO 50% off, I only wanted one pair for today. I approached a female employee and showed her a picture of the sneakers I wanted which was saved in my Skechers account. I followed her to the men's section where I spotted them on a display table. I tried on two sizes and picked the one that had the best comfortable fit. Check out was quick and I used the $5 offer in my account for extra savings. I will definitely be back to do some hoilday shopping. I hope that BOGO sale is going towards the socks as well cause I sure do need a bunch of them.

Normally when I go shoe-shopping I will not find anything. I also hate everything I try on. I was highly skeptical. This was our first stop and I cannot believe I actually found something that was comfortable; a Patrizia for $85.00 in a muted sliver with silver/white rhinestones, just what I needed. I thought these shoes were supposed to be made in Italy, but I flipped it over after I got home from vacation, and it said, "made in China". I'm guessing you can't buy Italian-made shoes for $85 but it was OK because these were very comfortable and I was able to walk around on the ship up and down the staircase, dance, and stomp on some balloons at the end of the night on the dance floor wearing these bad boys. If I had more time here, I would have tried on the artsy boots and other pieces of wearable art, like the boots that look like they belonged on Stevie Nick's feet, the flowery foot art pieces that I could have worn to a medieval festival. If you want to find something unusual, you'd probably find it here.

When I went back 2 days later to do a return for the pants that I bought they will only give you a store credit which doesn't seem fair since their mirrors are false advertising. I was not happy. Came here upon store opening on a Saturday and there was already a queue (it can get busy so be patient). Didn't wait long; So was browsing the store before I got called 5 minutes later. Matthew assisted me in getting my foot sized, come to find out I've been wearing the wrong size all my of my adulthood lol! And I knew my foot was wide and the test determined that was not a lie. Big foot alert. I got a wide foot so I need a wider toe box. He brought out 3 different options, Brooks, OnCloud, & Hokas. I ended up going with the Hokas over the Brooks (only because I like wild colors and only options available we're kind of boring, sucks to have wide feet I can't be included in on the fun color run lol) Hokas had a better colorway option available. Personally OnClouds felt very cheap to me and not natural if that makes sense? But I'm so glad Matthew was able to assist me and show me all the options to narrow things down in my head. Loved the store & the service. Would recommend anyone and everyone to come here to get your foot fitted even if you don't buy anything, it's totally free and knowledge is power!
