We hired Stonetree Landscapes Mike McNulty in October 2025 with the guarantee that there would be a…read more1-year warranty for defected shrub, trees, etc. Since April my husband and I have left him numerous phone messages, and texts along with pictures of the 5 dead 3 gal Golden privet shrubs. Also, 4 out of the 6 Black Hill Spruce trees planted were put in crooked. All we are asking is that he honor his policy and replace the 5 Golden privet shrubs and straighten up the crooked Black Hill Spruce trees. By ignoring our calls and texts this will NOT go away. There has to be a better way to treat your good customers. Their customer service is the worse I have ever experienced. Once they have your money, you no longer matter. We are senior citizens that are just trying to make our neighborhood here in Lake Geneva, WI look good. We paid Mike $10,500 now we get to look at 5 dead bushes and crooked trees every day. Not what we signed up for.
