I asked to have it removed because of how bad quality the finish was and rebar not installed correctly to which he told me to call their insurance company. Their insurance didn't cover anything and Zamora abandoned the job. told me that I could have a small refund. I had to have the complete job torn out and started over from scratch. lots of empty promises. They do not stand by their work or mistakes. Just try calling, they screen every call. crooks.
