With a medium you get 3 toppings, a large 4 toppings. Plus as many sauces as you want. Both are under 90 pesos and the portions are rather generous. My one complaint is that the mango on my fro-yo wasn't very fresh, so I'm not sure about the quality of fruits. In addition to fro-yo, they offer other smoothies and drinks.
