I guess I expected more since it's supposed to be one of the best Italian restaurants in the world…read more I ordered the pasta with truffles and it was very good. Everything else was lackluster though. Our waiter went on and on describing how they make the appetizer bread, so we ordered some thinking it must be amazing or he wouldn't have spent so much time describing it. Unfortunately it was not very good. It had a slightly bitter, cardboard taste. We actually discussed how we wished we could have some of the Carrabba's bread and herb oil dipping sauce. My son and husband split a pizza that was good, but not mind-blowing. My daughter got a dish that was like pot roast. It was ok. While it wasn't a bad meal, aside from the bread, I don't plan to return.

The perfect meal to cap off a evening!…read more Came to Come Prima with the craving of lasagna, but what I got was a lot more flavor from all items. They had a great truffle tasting menu that I will definitely get next time. But overall, I ordered the homemade bread, the salad, and lasagna with the recommended white wine pairing.. All of the food was very flavorful and made with the fresh ingredients. Not only was the food great but service was good as well. I would highly recommend! I'd also recommend trying whatever specials they have with Sommelier wine pairings. I'll definitely be back!

It was packed with people, which was a good sign. We enjoyed all our dishes, especially the tiger prawns, octopus, and seafood rice. The sangria was average. The service staff was very friendly and attentive.

But I suspect its target customers are tourists…read more They play American pop music all night long which is fine with me, but if you are looking for a local experience, this may not what you expected. Pastries de Bacalhau - the crust was not brown enough. May be longer time. The stuffing was flavorful but it's more the cod taste than the flavored mash potatoes which I prefer. I actually prefer the other local restaurant I tried the night before better. Caldo Verde - The potatoe part of the soup is great. Perfect viscosity but the flavor is not. It wasn't salty enough but more importantly is the flavor of the veggies and the spicy sausage they supposed to use that makes the soup taste different. Grilled giant pawns - The flavor of the prawns is not as intense as expected and hope to be. The squid ink pasta also lacked of flavor. That's disappointing. With the prawns, they should at least use the prawn shell to make sauce for the pastas. The pasta was tasteless, didn't even use enough garlic and olive oil to flavor it up. Seafood rice - Another disappointment. They used fish, small mussels and little bit of shrimp pieces along with some bigger whole shrimps and mussels. However, the rice was lack of the true seafood flavor that made from shell fish. They also added cilantro which overwhelmed the whatever left of seafood flavor. The lemonade was not a sweet lemonade but sour. Fyi. It's not fair we just went to another restaurant in the neighborhood and everything was so much better but people should know.
