Devon had left the practice and unfortunately I was put with another hygienist, who was not terrible, but nowhere as friendly and attentive as Devon. Unfortunately, I was a few weeks late paying a $40 copay. I had payed the $40 payment and when I tried booking my next cleaning, Wendy had told me that my insurance was not activated and i could not book for a cleaning. I spoke with my insurance company, and they told me they never were inactive so they were also unsure as to why Dr. Bower's office could not book me for my cleaning. Today I called and spoke to Laurie where she told me because I was late on my $40 payment (which had not gone to collections) they decided to remove me as a patient of their practice. I have Delta Dental/ BCBS of MA Preferred PPO plan. It's not as if they weren't being paid top dollar from my insurance company. I was removed as a patient for a $40 late co payment. I went from referring this practice to everyone I knew looking for a dentist and I will not recommend this practice to anyone and be sure to let the word be known to everyone I have been recommending.

When I was seated for my first visit I was advised it would be approximately 2 hours, as It entailed x-rays and a variety of tests. I was shocked that I'd be there for so long. I refused and it was shortened as I had to pick up my son from school. After the shortened exam, I was told I had 2 cavities, however, instead of making an appointment to fill the cavities the Dr. scheduled two separate cleanings. After the last cleaning the office scheduled an appointment to have the cavities filled, however, when I showed up today the doctor stated she was not going to fill the cavities but instead proceed with further testing... (even though it hurts slightly and I am going away for ten days.) After I explained that I really wanted the cavities filled, Dr. Moughan flat out refused and adamantly stated she had to finish the extensive testing, and that she may ultimately end up doing a root canal on the teeth down the road.... This is absolutely mind boggling and I can only assume this is all about money and billing for as many tests as she can, as my insurance covers it. I am sure if I didn't have dental insurance she would have forgone the testing and filled the cavities. One positive I can say about this practice is that the dental hygienists are very nice and do a thorough job, that is the reasoning for the two stars

My husband went in for his routine check up and his hygienist noted a change in an area on his tongue which she informed the doctor about immediately. After a consultation with the doctor a referral to an oral surgeon was made for a biopsy and it was determined that the cells were indeed precancerous and needed to be removed as soon as possible. We had noticed the spot on his tongue prior to his visit, but didn't think it was anything to worry about. Obviously we were wrong! The doctor personally followed up with us regarding the biopsy, and before and after the surgery. The entire staff at ADH is focused on the best possible patient care, from working to ensure convenient appointments to answering any questions. If you have been away from dentistry, or are simply looking for a new dentist, I highly recommend ADH, you will not be disappointed.

Got invaligns after 2 consecutive appointments of them mentioning I should. Never had any issues with bite or anything. Went terrible. Thought it was gonna be Dr. Hamada but he did none of my appointments, his colleague did. On removal the brackets were still jagged. Dr. Hamada did my retainer appointment and I initially opted for the upgraded retainer at his suggestion. The next day I called and discussed doing the basic one which I had already paid for. They said they would call when it was ready. They never did. By then my teeth were shifting back. Next dental appointment I saw Dr Hamada and he seemed visibly upset that I said I just let it go. He was short with my visit as well. I love how the office failing to log my preference and calling for the retainer included in the $5k I paid for the Invisalign wasn't addressed though. Nobody ever made that right, apologized, or sent me any retainer. Office manager is argumentative and unprofessional when you bring these issue up. If you don't she's fine. Now I keep getting a bill for $134 on an unexplained charge which I was never billed for. They claim they sent it but never did and I have no issue getting other mail from them.

Then Dr. Korzeb came in after he left and I stayed, hoping she would be as good. She wasn't. Not only does she not listen, she talks down to people and basically gets up and walks away when questioned. Besides the fact that I finally changed Dentistry's because of her poor work, I was advised at new dentist that I had periodontal disease, something neither the hygienists nor she advised was happening to me! I had mentioned several times that my gums felt raw and they bled, etc. and the only thing she cared about was me getting a "bridge" and not dealing with the whole gum. She recently replaced an old cap ( I had had it for a dozen years and it was time). She did an awful job matching it and lining it up. When I asked if it could be reshaped better at least she simply said that it's because of the way my mouth was shaped and that it was fine (see pic below, left side was previous cap, right side what she replaced with). Not to mention other caps she originally put on (or supervised because she ALWAYS has an assistant do it poorly) have continuously fallen out (and I was eating soft things like a croissant and mashed potatoes! She told me to not eat hard things....um, what???) They have no idea what they are doing. I would not recommend this place at all and especially not Dr. Korzeb.
