As I sit here on my bday vacation having to remove these lashes because they were scratching me and falling out since I left the lash salon, I had to leave this review of warning. I've actually been getting my lashes done for years and decided to give this place a chance since ,at my usual location, my tech was out. Keep in mind this was for my bday trip. The atmosphere was inviting and the tech was very nice, hence the one star.Usual when I get my lashes done my tech lets me see one eye first to make sure they are right to continue to the other eye, but this wasn't the case. When she was done I was extremely disappointed because it looked like nothing was done. I paid because she had another client so I left and at first figured I may fix it. Needless to say I was so upset that I texted and said I had to have this fix this. I came back and she did add more lashes but it was then I realized she must have been a student practicing on me because they immediately started falling out and the glue was hard and scratching me. Honestly I just want a refund at this point because it ruined my trip and now I'll have to find a beauty supply to purchase a strip lash. read more

Worse service ever ! She uses the thinnest lashes in history . I can't even see the lashes at all. Then she act's delusional. I went here about 4 months ago and she offered 17, 18 length and this time she said her business never offered it . Then proceeded to give me 15 very thin lash . Lulu acts like she hates her job and is very rude . I told her that i wanted the lashes evenly spaced and she act like i was asking for additional volume . No ! i was asking them to look consistent throughout . She told me i was cheap . I make 6 figures , try again!!!! Literally would have tipped and came back if she had common courtesy and was nice . last time i went she used a thicker lash but it was not consistent throughout . Don't go here total waste of time . I would have gave them zero stars but I can't. Trying to get a hold of them is the worst. They dodge your calls, avoid messaging you back, and do not even provide their availability. Their storefront looks like it's not even in business. I stopped by to try and walk in to make an appointment at 1pm and it was locked. No one in site. Waited about 45 min to see if anyone would show and no one did. Do not go here. Horrible customer service. read more

It was the fastest service I've ever had for lash extensions. Lulu was amazing! I've gotten my lashes at several other 5-star rated places, but Lulu definitely raises the bar. I always get the natural lashes because I prefer a natural look, but in the past I felt that you can never fully achieve that look with extensions (it was always noticeable IMO). However, Lulu challenged that concept, because my eyelashes looked AMAZING and completely natural! She got a set of lashes that matched the size and shape of my eye. I bought a Groupn for my 1st visit here. The technician Lulu did a fantastic job. I came with mascara on my lashes (rookie move) so she gave me some make up remover. Tip to those who have sensitive eyes like me, don't come wearing mascara OR bring your own remover. Their stuff burns the eyes. Like I said though, I have very sensitive eyes. Lulu was so attentive to my stinging eyes and within minutes she had flushed out the remover and I was feeling better. The whole process took about an hour. This place is great! Lulu did such a good job on my lashes. They looked very natural and they lasted longer than most. I didn't have one fallout till around 15 days, which as a swimmer and a pretty rough sleeper, I was amazed by. I would definitely recommend her services and her salon.
