I went up north for the weekend to visit family and see ball game. While up here I wanted to get a car wash, so I came here on my mom's recommendation. She said she had been going to this place for years, but in the last year, there was a change in ownership. We drove there and it wasn't very crowded so I decided to wait. there were 2 guys doing all the washing and drying (another guy came later). I opted for the wash inside and out and it was $44.00. In total, probably took around 45 minutes, but these guys were very thorough and I was very happy with the results. I have gone to this detail shop for years, even before it was under the current owner because it is convenient to where I live and they do a good job. I went there twice, recently, to get an estimate that I needed to submit to Caltrans. I was told they would only provide a written estimate if I paid $30 for it. That is ridiculous. Each time I asked for the owner, Alfredo, he was never around nor did they take my information for him to call me back to discuss this common and simple request. I highly recommend Alex auto detail. They are precision detailers and I am very pleased with the results of my detail job. The condition of my car wasn't bad but when you drive it every day and see the imperfections in the paint and stains from bird droppings, tree sap and weather conditions you really don't know how bad it is until after you get your car detailed. These guys made my car look like it just rolled off the showroom floor. They did an amazing job inside and out condition leather, headliner, air-conditioning ducts and trunk. Do use only the best products on your vehicle. The cost is reasonable and the service was relatively fast about 4 to 5 hours. I've been coming to this detail shop for over eight years and they have never disappointed once. I must say that this is the best detail jobs I've had on any one of my BMW's. I took my car yesterday & today for detailing, I'm very disappointed. What happened is, I took my car yesterday for detailing and when I pickup my car, I noticed they did nothing, not even vacuumed. All dust, stains were still there, so I called them and spoke to a lady named Laura. She told me to bring car back tomorrow morning for detailing at 9AM, so I took my car back and left there for detailing. I just picked up my car and the same thing again! They only vacuumed my car this time. My car was not smelling like shampoo and clean, the dashboard was not shiny, dust free. However, the exterior was not properly washed. After detailing your car, it smells good and feel that you car is fresh clean. It's nothing like this in my case. They don't put effort to clean and you waste your money. I want to really like this place I guess their ok for the price and convenience but for a wash for a car my doors in the inside weren't wiped I could see dirt and I have leather so it's easy to see my cup holders nor navigation screen weren't wiped or anything could still see the dust on my screen and gook on cup holders willing to give another chance hopefully they'll read reviews and improve read more

Warning don't go there unless you want to waste your time . I dropped off my car for a full detail $280.00 The short Mexican guy told me it would be ready in 4 hours . I come back in 6 hours cause they never answer there phone my car was not touched. They told me ohh one of our guys never showed up. I told em they should of called me I would of went somewhere else. Just brought my car here last week for a car wash and exterior detail. I called about a half hour before I dropped it off to see if they were still open during the shelter in place. They were and only 3 cars were ahead of mine. The owner estimated a 2 hour turnaround, and it was ready when I picked it up an hour after expected. They even wiped down the dashboard and did a light cleaning inside. Be advised: they only accept cash or check. I will definitely bring my car here again! read more

This is the second vehicle I've had detailed there. The first was a Toyota Matrix from Michigan exposed to snow and ice. They cleaned it spotlessly inside and out. I really appreciated that the upholstery cleaner did not have fragrance since I have allergies. The second vehicle was our campervan which they washed and waxed today. It's a very large vehicle. The price was fair and the job they did was spectacular--it looks brand new! We worked with Eddie whose been working there for 16 years and knows how to detail a car well.
