I wiped stuff off without any effort and if I'm paying that much, you'd hope they'd clean all of it not just the seats and carpets. Victor was my technician and he was prompt, thorough and informative about aftercare as well, which I appreciated. Pricing in my opinion was fair as well. I called around 1:30 to try to book a same day appointment for full interior and exterior service including shampooing the carpets with them and they really tried their best to make that happen but unfortunately it was on a holiday and not during daylight saving so the sun went Down early. They were willing to come the next day at 8am but I could not make that due to work. They were even willing to come at five A.M., but there would probably be noise complaints for my neighbors, which I did not even think about. we probably spent about two hours trying to troubleshoot a way to have the service done to clean and detail my car, which I greatly appreciate. We had Prime Shiners come today to detail our BMW i3. It was easy to make the appointment and their communication afterwards re timing was good. Victor is the service person who came and he did a fabulous job! He was also very personable and polite. He spent a good amount of time cleaning and polishing the car. The seats were stained and he was able to get 95% of the stain out - remarkable. I was surprised he was able to get them as clean as he did. When Victor was finished we went over every detail. He was very careful to clean every surface well. We discussed buffing out the hood because there are scratches and I decided to do that as an add on. I'm glad I did, it looks great. I highly recommend Prime Shiners. I requested 3x cars (1x Sedan, 1x Van, and 1x Truck) to be cleaned and they look like new! It was extremely easy to request and schedule the appointment (note that if you have a van or truck you need to schedule it for SUV and they will adjust). Payment was also very easy since you get a link via text or email and you pay / tip them. Jonathan detailed the Van and Sedan (exterior and interior) on Friday (took him 6-7hrs, but he was extremely respectful and even showed me if there were any concerns that I needed to know. Victor detailed the truck exterior and polished several spots that had numerous scratches on Saturday. He would check with me if the polished areas were good and if there was anything that he could also look at. I highly recommend Prime Shiners. Their attention to detail and communication were on point. I booked an appointment online and received a text message and email right away to confirm my appointment and some details of my car situation and location. A couple days before my appointment, Peter reached out confirming my appointment and concerns of my parking situation which was a tight and tough spot to work with without blocking street traffic but we found a spot and made it work. Peter and his assistant took care of my car right away. They shampooed the interior of my car. On the seats, it had dry throw up, dry ice cream, dry orange chicken sauce, and unpleasant smells. They made it look and smell like-brand new again. The sand, dirt, and hair from the car are gone and they even cleaned my rubber shoe mats in the passenger, front seat, and back seats. The glove department had crumbs and dry coffee creamer stuck to the tight corners and they managed to remove all the crumbs and creamer. They removed all the crust from the gear stick and even the lining of the stick. The exterior of my car had bird droppings and a slightly thick layer of dust from the morning fog and dirt throughout the days. My headlights have not been restored for over 9 years and I can finally see the details of my headlights again. They even put a finish gloss to protect the headlights from getting the yellow coating layer and made me aware to not touch the headlights for the next 48 hours. They cleaned and shined my mirrors.
