Lets talk about my overall experience, so you can make an educated decision: Facility: Very clean, trust me, you want a clean an organized place. I felt safe. Procedure: It takes about two hours beginning to end, she explains step by step and I was very pleased with her expertise and the design of my brows. She will give you a sheet with instructions and its important to do your part on the after care since this will determine if your brows will stick or not. After care: I ended up having questions and she answered them by whatsapp and did not leave me hanging, which you can really say about most places. I was happy about the follow up and care I received weeks after the procedure. Price: I had quoted with 4 different techs and she was the most expensive one. Its my belief she was priced above average, specially because the touch up price was also separate from the first procedure. I decided however that I did not want an average professional to draw on my face, and gave it a shot because I believe if your charge much less you cant offer top of the line ink and I am glad I did. I have right now a much better result than a friend of mine that did her brow a week before mine somewhere else at half of the price. So people, dont go cheap, its your face we are talking about, you can not hide it! Lastly, of course nobody pays this much to have pretty brows for a month, so the ultimate test is how it will hold up after today's touch up (my first appointment was 30 days ago). I will update this review with photos and more once it has healed from touch up to let you know my level of satisfaction, but for right now I am very optimistic!

She also left us in chairs to go chat with her boyfriend outside after talking to him through her ear buds for most of the appointment. The new owners seemed aloof to being aware of customers needs.
